I agree.

Spoiler:

They were mostly references to Kaiju and Pacific Rim I think. Also references to Kamachi and the director again, they seem to like doing that. Not that funny to me either, but I did enjoy the last bit with Touma & Chibi Misaka Imouto.

I just watched MMR 4 and laugh when they mention Pacific Rim and admitted it's blatant advertizing as both Railgun and Pacific Rim are owned by Warner Bros.

Yet another fanservice episode but sounds like fun.
I hope they add some plot to it (Maybe ITEM or Misaki too..)

(But I hope they keep the "modesty levels" at normal)

We'll have to wait and see what this is going to be like. I support the hope for normal "modesty" levels. I don't think I would be able to watch the OVA if it ended up being 30 minutes of pure fan service.

I was sure there would be another episode eventually. I'm guessing this counts as an OVA then? Anyway, here's also to hoping the fan-service levels aren't too high. I don't really know what to expect after the last arc, but I'm interested in seeing what they're giving us after they heard all of that harsh feedback about season 2.

After Silent Party, I'm expecting, like RPG_Fanatic, 30 minutes of pure fanservice like the OVA for the first season. I knew someone in my high school's anime club who hated Railgun and I honestly didn't understand why she did. After the Silent Party debacle, I finally understood why.

That's what I've been able to piece together from comments others have made.

It's just the seiyuu tone, if it was other seiyuu she would sound different, for example Kyou from Ben-to talked like that.

Quite an interesting combination ( and result ), not sure if Saten and Uiharu are there or no.
I am a bit surprised that Kuroko was there, maybe she missed the interesting part
