Noteworthy Composer is a nice one if your source is MIDI.

From a sampled digital audio format though, it'd probably be easier to buy some sheet music paper and prepare for a few hours of arrangement for yourself. It's more fun that way too, btw.

Anyways, there is no automatic way to get a decent score out of non MIDI anime music as far as I know, you'd need someone who can learn things by ear to transcribe it for you. (Don't ask them to transpose, they'd think you want them to shift the scale )
