Well I wouldn't say that, sure there are the regulars but there are tons of lurkers and random posts from random people. The only way that this thread can gain over 1000 views in one night is if it had a huge following of lurkers.

Since, Moka was still a infant at that time, I doubt that Akasha needed to inject a huge amount of her Shinso blood for Moka to inherit it, so it might be possible for Akasha to still posses the blood and power of a Shinso vampire, but until the manga gives us some more information about the transfer of Shinso blood between vampires (and a certain human as well )it's still speculation on my part.

Basically we still don't have enough information to judge what might have happened after that, but considering that the R+V world hadn't been destroyed and Moka as well as Akuha managed to survive their meeting with Alucard, I think that Alucard was resealed again ... meaning that Akasha probably with the help of Mikogami managed to seal Alucard again, and his body was probably taken to another place

I think there's already plenty of evidence that Akasha still has Shinso powers. She emitted the same kind of aura Moka does when her seal is released (bats flying around, super strength and hotness), not to mention she completely obliterated Alucard's tentacles and regenerated from being cut in half. So we do know that Akasha had Shinso blood in her veins. I'm actually surprised you said that we don't know if she does.

Akasha is still a Shinso, it didnt mention anywhere thats says weather or not she lost her Shinso powers because she injected her blood into the infant Moka. :/

It is. That much has already been established. As I said, we do know she has Shinso blood because of her restorative powers and the fact her aura is similar if not exactly the same as Ura Moka's.

i am one of those lurkers myself yeah from time to time i post mostly when a new release has been made. but most of the time i am lurker mode lol. but i do think R+V does have a fairly big fan base.

There's a big difference between being pierced and being cut in half for Akasha-

When she was cut in half by Akuha, she didn't have to worry about another attack like that (thanks to pissed-off Moka), and her body landed close enough to restore itself. With Alucard... until we're shown further evidence, the tentacles are still in her, still piercing her. Her body can restore itself, but it's pointless unless she gets free of the tentacles... and I'm not exactly seeing that happen

at least, we only have about a week to wait... I think we can handle it (and this manga isn't like another monthly I'm reading, which gives about four or so answers and leaves about 20+ questions after each new release)

sadly, the curse of monthly manga- we have to find some way to entertain ourselves... it's usually a case of "okay, the new chapter's out... how long till we degrade into the perverted topics?"

Looks like soon after chapter 34 is released, we'll get to see the tankobon cover for volume 8. I hope that it's Akasha and/or Akuha... or even a family photo of Moka and her family. Seems the covers are influenced by the chapters and since there are so many new ones this time, lets hope they make the cover.

the funny thing is I really can't stand vampire stories, tried to read Anne Rice once cuz my ex-wife liked it and I thought it was utter crap

yet I love Rosario + Vampire cuz it is so damn good...

I t was attempted to be explained many, many pages ago... I guess the idea of who Mizore is (i.e. her personality and whatnot) are what appeal to so many fans... in a sense, she's the most balanced of all the characters

and yeah, Ann Rice stuff... that set a lot of the stereotypes for vampires, and I refuse to ever touch that shit
