Looking for a romance anime with a strong male protagonist.

Examples would be:
Usui from Kaichou wa Maid Sama
Lelouche from Code Geass (I know it's not a romance anime, but the type of character is what I'm looking for).
Rygart from Broken Blade

You guys can get the picture.

Pretty much the guy that every girl wants, can do everything, isn't weak-minded and indecisive, etc.

I've watched a lot more, but I haven't updated my list. Preferably something from 2006-2007 and after. I can't really watch older styled animation.

I didn't see Kare Kano in your seen-anime list. Did you miss that? It's pretty good. The male lead is okay too.

Isekai no seikishi monogatari is exactly what ur looking. 13 eps. 45min each. Its a much watch, best spin off i've seen.

Pretty much the guy that every girl wants(check), can do everything(check), isn't weak-minded(check) and indecisive(check), etc.

And it also a new animation
