It's finally here.

The time to vote has now started and last for the next two weeks.

Hopefully everyone got the time to get more familiar with some of these titles during the waiting period.

Same as last year, top four moved on to the finals. If a score came tight there might be one or two more choices added. In the movie case, the gap was just too big between the third and fourth.


~The rules:

-To be allowed voting, you must have registered prior to December 2008

-Only a single vote is accepted for each category.

-votes must be cast before February 9 2009 GMT (The thread will be noticed when the voting will take ending.)

-All nominees are listed in alphabetical order. (Wait, that's not a rule...)

-Please try to write your choice as clearly as possible. Using Bold typing and single space line is favored. It causes pain when everything is just a wall of text.

-Please give the romanji name of an anime when voting, the Japanese title is simply there as a reference.

-You are not required to cast a vote for every category

-No post editing allowed, nada.

So some of the choices seems to have gained the favor of a certain group of fellows. I know many of you have addressed the issue at hand as to how it should be dealt with. I personally think that the answer is clear and will actually get to involve more members of this community but for now any comments from my part will be held up until we reach the conclusion of this second edition.

Also compared to last year much more people broke the rules, usually when a wrong choice is given that mistake is simply singled out. However for the 2-3 people that utterly wasted my time by screwing around on the previous thread: Please don't bother voting.

In any case at this point I should let you judge of the finalists coming from the nomination thread and hope that we will have good results.
