I'm glad to hear Accelerator completely lost his cool prior to his confrontation with Touma thanks to the new clone. If he were thinking clearly and he once again allowed himself to get clobbered by Imagine Breaker, I wouldn't know what to think anymore.

Nah, even though he doesn't pin down their age, it should just be a year or two older than Mikoto. And he even says their build is "a bit grown up". As for the height. oh boy, I can already imagine the complaints. There are some otaku who just gripe about Mikoto being too tall already. The average height of a Japanese girl her age is around Kuroko's height. Mikoto is already taller than the average height of a full grown Japanese woman. These new clones would only be about four centimeters shorter than Touma. Yeah, they won't like that.

Also, some of Haimura's comments on Mikoto's outfit are golden. He can be such a fanboy sometimes.

I meant to comment earlier on Kaori vs Mikoto, since it's honestly one of the oldest arguments among fans of the series, and even got brought up in parody. But I haven't been able to find the time.



I think it's a bit fun, since though both are very strong, they always hold back a lot as well. And it's a rare instance where Kaori's primary attack method is actually a liability. Still it's just my opinion, but I think Kaori would take it 7, maybe even 8 times out of 10 at their current abilities. Despite that, it's not really a huge mismatch though, unlike say Kaori vs Touma or Mikoto vs Accelerator.

I'm a little apprehensive where this going with Mikoto joining the party eventually.

She hasn't forgiven Accelerator yet over Misaka 9982 and the other Sisters right?

For that matter with the development over the use of her DNA map she's going to be pissed at a certain upside-down guy.

If Mikoto finds herself in the middle of a mess between the most powerful and h4x characters will be very dramatic(and funny) that Accelerator ends saving her.
How is she going to react??

So accel killed the clone not misaka. Then got berserk and unleash black wings but then their is touma accidentally saw him going berserk then punch him like their is no tomorrow to wake him up......... then LO got save by touma. ohh I want to read it more and more.

It's kinda fun knowing that one because it would be too confusing to beat up Accel black wings mode with the current touma.

So any news on fiana? And how did misha and fuze=kazakiri battle will commence? with fuze=kazakiri is stuck in academy city?

what's the touma faction doing? to prevent a world war 3?

Yeah, I doubt it's that saving Index will be that easy... How long has it been? 2 Volumes since her capture? I forget, since I don't even know how she got captured in the first place xD

Its not just accel. I think that index will make anyone's wallet dead when they treat her.

With the pace of the translation of vol 7 its getting nearer to its finally.

I really didn't intend to finish the raw because it's too hassle to read it but the translation are always a huge cliff hanger.

With the last part the final battle. Touma running with ursula trying to escape from the church. And Styl and the amakusa dealing with the battle nuns. Its pure epic. And when they are trying to decipher the book of law. With index's help they also learn that Ursula's method is one of the fake that's been spread around. Kinda sad though.

And the fight with Anieze and touma. I still didn't get how Anieze magic works. I'll wait for the translation but still her magic's direction could be troublesome. Touma couldn't aim well.

The battle reach its climax with Styl summoning a stronger version of Inoccentius with 4300 rune cards and the amakusa are beside him and in the opposite are the 250 or so battle nuns. Surrounding touma and annize are around 300 spectators. Its kinda awesome but still the ending is touma punching anieze kinda put water on the fire. Touma should really learn some karate moves. A straight killer punch is kinda lame to me. With the leader gone the morale of the battle nuns diminished and surrender.

The end is with touma in hospital again and the one taking care of him is Kaori. Its kinda funny situations with the letter and touma being surprise when Kaori said that she's still 18. Touma thought that kaori is old enough to have a husband and kaori just punch the wall beside touma's face ... hehehe

Situation change. Anieze and her group apologizing for trying to assassinate ursula without the order of the roman catholic. To me they look like a escape goat when they fail their been disposed with. I can't understand the last part when Styl ask Laura on what's the real reason on rescuing Ursula despite on I think laura knows that ursula can't decipher it.

Waiting for the full text translation and more news on vol 20.

To aru majutsu no Index is just pure win to me.

Btw Chaoz is it alright to skip vol 08? then start with vol 09? I just don't find it interesting reading a vol about kuroko and judgment.

I feel your pain. Well, my copy probably won't take month to get here (hopefully), since I put it on express shipping. But then again, I ordered it from YesAsia. They don't have it in stock yet, and they're usually a bit slower than others from my experience. If only Amazon Japan didn't charge so much for overseas S/H......

I'm trying very hard to stop spoiling myself, but it isn't working very well.
