Ep 4
Bwahaha the "pilgrimage to the sacred land" was fun. In the end I wonder if it was his class mate or was he dreaming.

I'm looking forward to next episode "Welcome to the Counseling". It seems that Satou will agree on the contract after all? :O

Did anyone notice how the animation and character art quality took a massive nosedive this episode? Reminds me of Haibane Renmei when in the middle of series the art looked like ass but become decent again before the series ended. Here's hoping NHK will look great like on episodes 1-3 next time.

Yeap, it's a good episode. I note the character art style for Satou & Yamazaki would revert on and off to more anime-style art and animation during the episode. It seems appropriate, since they are exploring Akihabara, the holy land of anime and all things otaku.

Given his senpai knocked on the glass to get his attention, called his name and is wearing office apparel (rather than school uniform), I guess he isn't dreaming.

I'll agree that the animation for episode 04 was down, but that didn't stop it from being one great watch that i've come to suspect from NHK.

It was a all out great watch, brilliant to see Satou's reactions to many things he hasen't seen before - and the 'going to tie my shoe-laces' technique.. i remember doing that a few times in the past. ^^;;

There's just something about the dialogue that i'm loving about this show, and bring senpai back into the story.. looking very forward to seeing more to her, and what she'll do to the plot.

The animation bad in episode 4, but it wasn't THAT bad. It was a good episode, not as much funny as episode 3 but it was interesting, and now his senpai is back, I want to see more of her.

It looks like next episode is going to be very good, It seems that Saitou will enter in the "Project."

LOL I know I'm the same. I actually got happy when I listened to it in today's episode thinking "It's been awhile...".

I wonder if it's a real song? Or is it gonna be released? :O

maybe they are saving the budget on "not so important eps" to produce very high quality "important eps" that is really significant to the story?

The animation was a bit down in this episode, but it did not detract from the overall fun at all. I still think it's a somewhat odd series, but nonetheless very enjoyable. Looking forward to Counseling.

Just watched #4.

Amazing how they're doing this... just... I should probably be crying, not laughing (well, smiling/chuckling) at these people, since this is probably what some people are actually like.

Spoiler for Episode 4:

Anyway, I really look forward to next week's episode...

Look back a few pages, and you'll see the release for the single, and the ringtone.

Man, gimme 20 bucks and a crew of kindergarten animators and I'll pull off an episode like that. Animation was just HORRID! Man! At least it kept some of the fun, but curse Gonzo for this severely butchered down animation.

Can someone post the "ultimate moe" picture shown in the manga that portrays the sick maid-robot-alien-ghost-fox-whatever childhood friend+neighbour+classmate drawn by Yamazaki? I would just like to see how much the anime version differs from it.
