Finally a serious episode for a change with the background story about Akari and Momoka. They look cute as kids

Too adorable... I'd give loli Akari my heart if you know what I mean.

I really like the atmosphere this episode set and I can't wait for the showdown. Akari will seriously snap going from the preview.

this bus incident is a totally different one from Scarlet Ammo episode 3 right? seems like way too much time has passed.

Not a bad episode. We got Akari's background (at last). And it only took Nonoka starting to die for Akari to figure out something was wrong with her. Despite the fact she was told 2 years ago her sister was being poisoned........

Not all that surprised that Akari's first plan was to just give herself up . Although the backup plan wasn't that much better. I mean....it's a good friendship moment for everyone to go after this girl together sure. But...don't they have help they can draw on? I know Kinji isn't in the best shape after the Aria incident at this point but....what about Shino getting Shirayuki to help out? Or really any of the other high ranked butei at the school? Seems like a serious enough situation to reach out for some backup.

Though hey it does let Akari go for it. I'm curious to see how things unfold. Whether she invents a new technique that's nonlethal or unlocks a technique that is lethal, but she converts it to something else.

I'd think it has to be the same one. Just doesn't feel right because they put way too much material in the middle. With her still having the hair clip to this point, Riko's celebrating getting that shot in on Aria, etc. Yeah, definitely has to be the same. Probably not the best job of a spinoff of having events happen concurrently that has ever been seen.

The fact that he isn't involved whatsoever is what convinced me to watch this series in the first place, so he'd better keep his nose out.

Is it just me, or was that girl standing on thin air at the end, there? The way she appears and disappears, I'm thinking she either has some supernatural power, or she isn't actually there at all.

I doubt that's happening. This is an all-girl power series with girls being awesome and badass without needing any males interfering!

Your hopes have been crushed for 10 episodes now minus a few minor appearances. Might as well watch it till the end with the small amount of episodes left regardless of your wish which I'm pretty sure you already know isn't gonna happen. And if it does, I'm all for it myself because Kinji is cool, but he isn't that important.

Considering that his lack of presence is what makes me tolerate Aria's worst moments, he can go rot in the original novels.

Hrm, I seriously hope Poison Girl's powers are related to some kind of... ah, stimulation? She does have an... effect on me.

And, since the animators obviously like her the most (her scenes are the most consistent in terms of atmosphere and animation), I'm a bit excited for the next episode. I'm just hoping that it's not going to be AA's usual weak episode with little gems here and there.

She's hot as hell with that scene where she's getting dressed, but I'm getting serious Poison Ivy vibes off of her. I can't escape the feeling that just touching her would make someone's flesh rot off.

that moment where homolusting for Akari became a seriously life threatening issue, don't tell there will be more after death butterfly princess? her harem keeps expanding in a wrong type of way.........

The scene where Akari follows the gothloli to the ally was changed from the hotel scene from the manga.

Spoiler for Comparison with manga:

Imho it was more intense, because while Akari clearly showed murder intent she also showed she was ready to stab gothloli with a knife and then shoot her at point blank taking a weapon hidden in a jar only to get caught by several strings that where about to cut Amari's neck until she was saved by the rich girl perfect shoot that cut the strings restraining Akari.
