Probably anyone who spent at least a week with him since he met them. Which is maybe all the Vandis + Lim, Teita, and Regin. I think the only ones not qualified would be Sasha, and Valentina. But then again, for Valentina depending on how long she was "observing/stalking" him when we first see her, she may have also crossed that threshold.

In all honesty, when it came to single person votes, because "harem end" is everybody, and "Regin or Teita" counted the votes for two people. So generally Ellen is the winner if we assume to split the votes of Regin and Teita evenly, and disregard the harem votes. Though if one takes the votes for the harem, and then simply add the number to everyone instead, then also add in the individual character votes, Ellen still wins, just with Teita and Regin as tied for second.

Oh, I doubt there was any real question as to who was the most popular of the Vanadis (or even just characters of the book). Ellen is Ellen, there isn't anything you can really complain about with her. That said, given a choice most people will still go Harem over any individual girl, because fantasy.

Hello I'm fairly new to the series and been speed reading the manga and was wondering what's up with the family bow is it a (insert powerful weapon name since I forgot it) that is like the other Vanadis' and has it worked with other Vanadis' weapons besides Ellen's

It is on the official website for MF Bunko Character vote i think. Tigre is the only male up there but since ...yea you know?....He became tigre-ko :v
