The Gold is the result of attaining certain spiritual height. The reality warping is just a by-product.
Cracking Effect on the other hand is designed specifically for reality warping purpose.

I wonder...if we get a Sona-Nyl 2 but with AZTT and M as protag instead of Lily and A....what would a setting suitable for Azathoth (it) herself be?

Oblivion Golden Eye and the Golden Eyes that branches from it use the power from A.Z.T.T.

And A.Z.T.T. as protag? The only thing that can work would be the domain of the Elder Gods, with Sanido as the last boss. Consider no one else can pose a challenge.

Lily the Stranger has manifested in Kyoto City in Japan.... as that little boy we see in Ch.1 of Sona-Nyl, of course, she has no memory.
Not long after she has manifested, she was stalked by the Collector from Wunderkammer.
Though, nothing to worry about, A is doing his job just fine.
What is to be concerned is that Elicia is in Japan too.

....I am now in frenzy with joy. I get to see shota Lily again!! I need more shota Lily!!!!

Inganock and Sharnoth has fan trans if that helps.
Even the translation for those two games are not perfect, it at least gets the point across.

But yeah, starting out Ourai, the reader probably will be very confused when the concept of Gold is mentioned, or anything that has to do with the West India Company.

That despicable blue sky in the end will also not have as much impact without some prior knowledge.
