From what I can tell, it seems to be a crossover wallpaper of BRS and Blade and Soul. I'm not too familiar with either one, though.

I don't think it's about BRS but the Blade and Soul part is correct.

Huh, everywhere I found (I didn't check Danbooru, though) cited BRS as well. I know jack about either one though, so I won't by any means stick to my guns on it.

A boy was chosen this time, and he's sent to the cave where the demon dwells. The demon turns out to be female, and she doesn't eat the sacrifice, instead makes him her servant.

I've got a lot of questions to ask but I think I should start slow, anyway, can anybody tell me where these lines came from?

"people die if they are killed"
"One Sadako, two sadako, run!"
"Jigen Haoh Ryu"
"Totsugeki love heart"

Those for now, if anybody can help me I would pretty much appreciate it.

The third one was always shouted by one of the characters and last one was some sort of military maneuver where I read it, okay, here are some more:

"chillax yuru yuri."
"do the yu yu style!"
"I'm gar for you archer"
"You raped tokyo tower and fathered roppongi hills for christs sake!"

Apparently, those are references to some manga but I don't know which ones.

Well, yes, Sekai had a tendency to declare the name of the Jigen Hao Ryu school before using one of its techniques in battle.

The first of those is most probably a reference to Yuru Yuri (where are you getting these quotes...?), and the third is Archer from Fate/Stay Night I suppose (not a quote from the series itself though, obviously...). I have absolutely no clue about the other two.

"Totsugeki Love Heart" is a song sung by the band "Fire Bomber" in Macross Seven, and some sort of tactic, formation, or maneuver (I'm not entirely sure which it is) named after the song that is ordered by Skull leader in the final episode of Macross Frontier.

As for the "gar" thing, gar is a fandom term used to refer to really manly things in anime. It comes from some fan joking about being gay for Archer from Fate/Stay Night because the character was badass, only the poster mispelt gay as "gar." That's my understanding of it anyway.
