Darkwing Duck wouldn't mesh with Fate. Material-L on the other hand would fit like a glove as seen from this old quote from MD:

Well, she was honestly pretty variable in A's. Only showing up for a few episodes means the artists never really get your design perfectly consistent.

Agree about the eyes, but I think I prefer it the other way. Nice stark red. Maybe she'll have that look when she's in Angry Mode.
