Alisa is pushed hard by Falcom but there is no canon romance since you have choices (pretty much like Persona) still that scene and this one twitter post saying "ship has sailed" got me a bit worried (like that would be a dick move on Falcom's part)

Relax people. They hardly would do a choose your own romance for three games and then suddenly force a cannon ship down your throat on the fourth. That would be goofy. You'll be able to have your favored ship I'm sure so lets keep the salt levels to a minimum.

The new black clothes? Sure, he seems to get them after getting back his old self.
From what have been seen yet he is seemingly only in his amnesia state when he wears his old coat.

I know. I more meant that canonically Alisa is probably the girl he'd actually end up especially if that becomes a plot point later. To be honest, it'll be a little awkward if that ends up never mattering since I'd expect him and whoever he ends up with to affect the power balance of the continent later on. That's an argument in favor of the fact that they maybe plan to kill him off at the end of the next game (or heavily nerf him or something) so that doesn't happen cause I feel like different marriage routes would create too much nonsense if they tried continuing the storyline after that... though it's hard to say. I still feel like Alisa is the real acknowledged main ship even if I like all of the girls. They just have so many things in common and they're in this together where they have similar parent troubles and the series literally kicks off with them running into each other.

I really want more Cassius. Would be nice to see him surrounded by people as OP as him since we actually never really got that and he was always just on the sidelines before. Cassius is one of my favorite characters in the series so I really want more of him.

Nice cover art. Waiting 3 more months is hard sigh, but it's not too bad. Still, I'm so annoyed waiting for flame/guren to make more progress on the Ao translation. There's been no update for over an updated now ... I really hope that comes out eventually.

I'd be fine with "nerfing" Rean in the long run for future games. The ideal scenario would probably be completely sealing (or removing) his ogre power while letting him alive. This way he could still practice the Eight Leaves One Blade style with *stable* power-up(s) that don't f** him up over and over and over. If sealing/removing the ogre power is feasible, is the other question which depends on the in-verse rules around the Divergent Laws and other otherworldly concepts.

You want Rean to get a heart transplant?? That's the only way to get rid of the ogre powers failing that his only option is to completely conquer Osborne's heart which apparently still seems subordinate to Osborne. How the hell does that work actually?? Once an Osborne always an Osborne??

Even though I haven't seen it in good enough quality yet, I probably like Rean's sen 4 S-craft art the best. Although it feels a lot less heroic than the others.

Also the character section on the website had a subtle change, the new class 7 got bigger and Rean was added to the top. And "that person" suddenly kicked down every one else and took a seat right after new class 7...
