There isn't anything particularly weird with that, especially concerning the recent E-rated anti-Islamic video. It is still regrettable though. Muslims simply need to bring back "Sharia Secularism" up from its almost a century slumber, but first we need to fan up Ottomania fever somehow, especially since Turkish efforts in pursuing so hasn't been exactly satisfying.

Seriously? I thought the part where we shouldn't use google is pretty silly though. I think I can understand if they want us not to use youtube, but not using google? They should've focused on banning the actual video instead of blaming search engine site

It is stupid, but pretty much has become the norm nowadays, sadly. Besides it didn't exactly come officially from the government, just an MP from a the current ruling party whose current policy is to appease domestic reactionaries.

Yeah I know, but I still think that it would be much easier to accept if he just said not to use youtube. Most people would easily make the connections between the video and that site. Not to mention, I think people generally use google more than youtube.
