I'm going back home (which is 9272 miles or 14922 km away) for the December semester break. I'm leaving in a month or so and will be back home for 3 weeks. It will be good to see family and friends again, but I will also miss my broadband connection here in the U.S. I certainly will miss visiting the forum and the Animesuki IRC channel too since I only have dial-up back home.

Anyway, what are your holiday plans? Are you going back home (if you're away from home), staying where you are, or even going someplace else for a vacation?

Working as usual. The holidays are a quiet times in the office, and *cough* December is excellent for goofing off.

Might go snowboarding in January, though...

I´m going to be excercising, my conscription starts at the end of January and I´m really outta shape. Oh! And watching tons of anime and playing games of course, and shuffling snow (damn polar bears always gets in the way)

Yes, it would be a shame if somebody snuck off the the buildings on K1 and like sold them on the black market. But don't you worry, I´ll be guarding military stuff too, just not with you. It would have been cool if we ahd been posted at the same base (and branch of the military)

We've got two military people here guarding stuff, but hey, that's important too! You're the first line of defense against a terrorist plot to steal weapons and ammo!

Í'll be spending the holidays with my closest friends, like I do every year...Gonna buy lot's of fireworks for New Year, like I do every year...and have lot's of fireworks left after New Year...(We usually start lighting stuff 3 or 4 days before and after New Year (and then I still have some left
