! I was totally expecting them to be on the same class as Denpa and Aria. Whether this would be consistent for the other volumes remains to be seen... Some shows have deceptively strong 1st volumes...

Looking the sales, it seems lately Denpa has risen up a bit above Aria.

A difference of 1000 plus-minus is nothing outstanding because it's still within the range of the same 'class', the moment DenpaOnna reaches 10k then that's another story altogether.

Denpa's BD sales: 5,532

So yeah... the difference is not that shocking, but I noticed how Denpa has sold more BDs than DVDs in comparison to Aria who sold more DVDs than Denpa.

The Hidan no Aria anime wasn't like season two of Shana, too much filliers and such...it was just...

'Plain' would be a word to describe it.

We have Kureha from Mayoi Chiki cosplay as Aria . One thing is for certain, no matter what Aria is still flat chested even if she grow taller lol. However, KanaHana will be an interesting voice for Aria.

Sounds to me that there's gonna be a second season and the author is teasing us.

It would be nice. No idea about the novels, but think the series had plenty of room to keep getting better.

Oh well at least have the OVA to enjoy.

Word of advice: Do NOT watch the OVA in the middle of the night like I just did.

If pale-creepy-ghost-kids like the one in The Grudge scared you, be prepared to lose nights of sleep over this delightful little chiller.
