I'm now wondering if the end game is to actually make Fitz into a tragic fallen villain. If he emerges from the framework with Aida, it would basically mean his real body is dead and the HYDRA Fitz is the "new, real" Fitz.
So, in addition to losing Mace, they'd be down 2 members. They also just reintroduced 2 formerly fallen teammates. Could they be removing Mace and Fitz in order to reintroduce Tripp and a genuinely good Ward? Would give more love drama with Daisy being unsure if she should open up to reWard or not, and him having to basically learn about her again. Would also allow for more Simmons x Tripp moments, because even if you don't ship them they have amazing chemistry together. Of course, this also kind of assumes there'd be a 5th season. Or that they'd at least be willing to set up a tease for a 5th season that won't happen. |

This was pretty fun. A lot of people dealing with the aftermath of what happened, but moving the story along relatively quickly. No time for filler, get people up to speed in a hurry. I kind of hope the end of this season doesn't end with a dramatic Fitz and Simmons moment, these two need time to process. I mean Fitz murdered and tortured people for years in that framework, or at least has the memories of doing that. Simmons killed his father. He basically kneecapped her. In the end they need time to deal with all that.
Before going into the Framework I thought Fitz was stupidly being hard on himself for his part in that thing existing. Now he can severely blame himself. What he did in there was horrible. Self-blame is realistic now. But also he managed to trigger someone who didn't even know what rage or jealousy was. Good job Fitz. Seriously play up to her emotions until you can afford to call the last 2 Avengers that are working . And yeah, thank goodness for Ghost Rider. Now he can get in there and clean up the mess everyone else made. Congrats Aida on getting emotions and everything. Now you probably have a soul that Ghost Rider can send to hell . Best Aida .

I want to go back to covert Spy SHIELD that cleans up the threats too dangerous for normal police but too insignificant for Spidey/Avengers. Even the first half of season 4, which was on the low end of that spectrum, was amazing.
If I wanted to watch Ridley Scott, I'd watch that. While this still looks interesting enough to spend an hour a week on, I don't have high hopes for a season 6 happening with the way it's currently presented. |

*Sees new episode Part 1*
Hmm... Thanos is a dick. Guess we know how Infinity War ends. *Sees new episode Part 2* I can't believe that Daisy did that on her own. This is the 100 and hunger games rolled into one isn't?

Poor Jemma. She helped only for the girl to end up being sold as a living weapon, not an ambassador.
And while Daisy was reckless, Zeke is a moron. Who openly states they're playing a Long game in front of the person you're playing it on?
