Is funny how all what happened with Shinmai thread is happening here all over again, and this happened long time ago with hagure. Like clockwork.

What looks interesting to me is how this LN is not even reaching Shinmai levels but is pretty close to be straight porn, glad to see another MC that is not allergic to girls.

All depends on the label, Shinmai/Hagure/Masou Gakuen/Swords and Wizards (Maybe?) are limited at some point. This was a hot topic long time ago, but these LN's can do almost everything to pander the harem consumers but slap the explicit sexual intercourse (with penetration obviously) in the books is forbidden, obviously this is limited to the Harem genre, other titles have explicit sex scenes described with detail and they don't get the same limitation but I guess most of the users here don't know that or haven't read some of them. So basically, you will never going to see literal penetration here, and AFAIK Shinmai was the only one who reached something close without crossing the line (the scene with Chisato/Basara), and well.... there you have Adam in puberty which is straight porn where the MC even got fucked by a male member of his harem but that has another kind of label.

And yeah I agree with you about the stupid logic and cockblocking, but what we can do? just enjoy what the editor give us.

to be honest, I don't think there is a need for showing the actual "thing", the novel can get as close as possible (while displaying all sort of lewd plays ), then skip to the next morning when the characters wake up and confirm that they did "it".

I dunno, so far (and recently) only Madan and Rakudai have gone that path, but the thing is both of them have an OTP .

*okay okay, Madan will potentially fire away with the true harem route, but until this point, only Tirge x Elen is officially "nailed" down (oh dear, I swear I am not using that as a pun ). In addition, Madan's ecchi scenes are nowhere near HxH, Shimai, Magika, or even DxD

Exactly, as far as I know actual sex never happens in an LN series that's borderline h like HxH, Magika and Shinmai.

What I meant was that Tirge has barely done any lewd things (when compared to HxH or Shimai ) to anyone other than Ellen (for now at least).
He only has seen the girls naked, he groped some of them (mostly due to accidents), he even suck on Lim's breast, but that was a medical emergency

The irony I found is that: harem series with borderline-H scenes (Shimai, HxH, Magika...) have not let the characters cross the line, yet series like Rakudai and Madan (ecchi sure, but nowhere as lewd as the others) already went for it.
