The "chicken" Chibiki summons would appear from the narration to be Suzaku, one of the four animal gods that were featured in Fushigi Yûgi (and elsewhere).

Back from my (fantasy) trip with Yayoi and her family.

Yayoi starts her b-day with her siblings getting up nice and early to make her pancakes which she enjoyed so much that she saved half of it for P.

For her b-day I dished out the $$$ to buy Yayoi a microwave oven. Cuz we all know that being the angel she is that Yayoi would want something practical and that is not something just for herself but something she can use for others. No more walking over to the neighbors to thaw the frozen leftover rice.

^this is actually true in the game, Yayoi's household doesn't have a microwave and they've been going to their neighbors. (T^T)

Ofcourse being Yayoi's onii-chan I also bought her some new clothes for herself...blah-blah-blah. I'm gonna stop myself here before I go on and on.

ANYWAY, iM@S stuff happening in the real world:

Characters for series 4 of the iM@S:CG CDs have been announced:
-Hino Akane
-Akagi Miria
-Abe Nana
-Nitta Minami
-Koshimizu Sachiko

The VAs and release date is supposed to be announced on Friday so I'll be back with that info later.

Also, no news on a new DLC catalog but they started the sale on DLC catalog #10.

Well they announced the VA for two of the characters for series 4 of the iM@S: Cinderella Girls CDs:

Abe Nana: Miyake Marie
Nitta Minami: Suzaki Aya

Apparently Suzaki Aya isn't new to iM@S. It seems she had a part as "Child A" in the OVA for Shiny Festa: Honey Sound.

Oh, and the release date is supposed to be 5/15.
