Well technically he can get secondary sex characteristics from his ability,it's just his ability evolved and gained emotions, "ciel" is jealous and doesn't want him to "do" girls.

Cause she technically considers herself the legal wife.

Ciel is great sage.
"Great sage" evolved to "Rafael" then gained artificial intelligence then evolved one last time when she was "Named" to "Ciel" then got a soul.

When normal people start hearing the voices of their "waifus" in their head you give them a nice nex jacket and send to on a holiday... but here it's perfectly normal behavior.

Btw... since he is a slime, shouldn't he be able to "split"/procreate all by himself?
I wonder what his children would be like... mini demonking slimes?

I can understand why Ciel wouldn't want the MC to "do" any of the other girls... she's basically "living" in his head, isn't she? Or at least she has a pretty good idea what Mr.Slime is thinking/feeling at any given moment.
It would almost be as if she was sleeping with those girls! xD
