The episode got all the points, but all the jumping around didn't really interest me.... which is sad cause when i read these scenes in the LN I thought they were pretty cool.

6/10 for me..... Faithful adaption but it feels like its missing a lot at the same time.

This episode made me realize, most of the level 5s in the Academy City are actually a joke now.
Mikoto should be glad she didn't take any hits from Gabriel.
And lets hope Shizuri won't run into Acqua or Gabriel.

As a general rule for the Index Universe, The level 5's of Academy City are in general 1 person armies but they are horribly miss represented in their max power wise. except Accelerator.....
The light novel details their abilities much better.

Also as a general rule a normal Magician wouldn't normally win against a level 5 unless fully prepared. Accelerator vs those chump Magicians a few episodes back. But saints are a different league altogether...

But overall Level 5's and their abilities are terribly displayed in the Index anime.

Academy City really don't need their LV5 fight in wars, because have other shit that can take care of the job. Now, Gabriel is in his own leage, so isn't strange they can't land a decent hit on it.

Damn it, I don't feel the same excitement as I felt from the Light Novel in this episode.
