The evil goddess more or less confirmed she was the one who brought him to the world during their first...talk? The info from the creation god talk also backs that.
At the very least she treated him like her ally, despite him clearly not being that and all.

But yeah, the horror-esque development in the latest chapter was pretty fun.
The comments are all theorizing things like the practice ground island is actually a dungeon of sorts, hence why she was able to find him and communicate with him so easily despite when she could only do so during the short few moments after he conquered a dungeon before.
And that spamming his chat log reminded me of a yandere. Next chapter should be a pretty fun one.
