Well, in addition to the OVA (that was included with the LE PS2 game), the second DVD just came out too. On top of the usual extras, it also includes the DVD Box, and that binder they needed to hold the insert sheets. I was a bit surprised with the first disc that they didn't use more game art in the packaging, but the nice box helps. As you can expect, this month's DVD designs feature Anri (though I'm not sure how I feel about her neon green colour scheme -- it's so bright! ).

I have a question, as someone who has no experience with this material other than the six fansubbed episodes of the TV show. Is there a backstory with Jun - some reason why he is who he is? Or is he just a boy who wishes he was a girl? It's not that transvestites are all that unusual in the world, but it does seem odd that there's no context to it...

Well, that's a complicated theory but at least it attempts to actually explain the scenario that plays out. Of course it's true, many transvestites are actually heterosexual - just ask Eddie Izzard. Still, one never got that sense from Jun...
