I liked this ep, even if it did have less action. The human relations were great. And I enjoyed the flashbacks, which in context sharpened my feeling for the various characters.

Damn. Chiquita is such a beast. I don't think Koko has anyone quite at Chiquita's level on her squad, though I'd probably rate Lehm as being very close. Love her demeanor in this shot:



It's totally calm, relaxed, and projects such an air of superiority over that poor SR chic.

Curious to see if the SR squad did, in fact, underestimate HCL, or if this is all a trap to try to lull HCL into complacency. Jormungand hasn't been shy about making HCL out to be an overwhelmingly superior fighting force vs their opponents, so as much as I'd like to think there's something deeper going on, I'm leaning towards this being yet another opponent that underestimated them.

That said, we haven't seen what Hinokai has in store for Koko, so it's always possible he has a little more success than his M-mouthed female subordinate did. The preview certainly shows Koko's team a lot more tense than Kasper's was in this episode.

so now yea kasper need info one of koko's crew aka tojo get info on SR unit that tojo used to member on.

so tojo talk to person in command of SR unit sure after get choked & feel valmet's "amazon" on the back & long blah yawn mention of SR unit history.

drunk koko give all yes valmet wants & oh tojo got his call from SR so then day arrive SR start their "plan" but their belt-katana sword got booted & own'd by Chiquita.

so now charge with kasper crew on full alert with Chiquita own'd more SR people with kasper going excite loko it's so YES YES YES.

That too. What amuses me is that Kurosaka was in the op and was built/implied as this really dangerous person... Who's also a glass cannon who got taken out with a single knee to the face from Chiquita, who wasted no time in double-tapping her to make sure she didn't get up.
