I actually started writing a fanfic, an extended epilogue and an attempt at explaining what happened between Sawa x Taichi.
Gonna be a short story, but when I was going to fanfiction net to post it, I realized that there was no Tari Tari section ¬¬. Suggestions on what to do with it? Arty EDIT: http://forums.animesuki.com/showthre...59#post4449059 I went ahead and posted it here, as it was a sensible choice. Feel free to read it! (That's what it's there for)

For all interested parties, several new screenshots have been posted depicting some of the real-world locations that were included in Tari Tari. I recall someone posting a link a while back, but the article has since been updated to feature two new locations

Just finished this show, and God that was really great.
Felt like Hanasaku Iroha corrected of its flaws, or what K-On should have been if it was actually good. Simplicity (in a good way), freshness and genuinity (if the word exists...) : this show was just great at keeping things down to Earth while still being very pleasant and moving. Excellent mix of comedy and emotion (Iroha could really learn something about it ), a full cast with rather balanced attention (the guys less than the girls, but overall they are always all here and the "focus episode" don't single one character out, but simply expand a bit his slice) and, again, a freshness that I was longing for. I also liked how, while not really original per se in the content, the show broke the usual expectations in the form - it felt much more natural and much less formulaic than other shows, especially when it came to small details (like having lots of prop characters, avoiding many clichés and showing heroes that actually have a family life). This part surely played a lot in the overall refreshing ambiance. It's a shame that this anime hasn't a forum for itself, it certainly deserves it. One of the very best one of the year, and a very pleasant surprise for me, who didn't hear anything about it before. Solid 8, and I'd say even 8+. |

What I like a lot about Sawa herself is that while she is cute, friendly, and moe, she also felt reasonable close to a "real girl" to me. She could be fiery at times, but not in the cliche tsundere way. She seemed like a pretty realistic character to me.

On the good side I did like the conclusion to it where she comes to terms with what she's capable of. And of course the power of friendship. Quote:
And Sawa's ass remains too rare for my liking.

I think it's pretty clear which of these three girls has the best fashion sense.

The first time I really noticed Sawa was when she was talking with Miyamoto with her hat and her heart-shaped necklace, and I thought "OMG, what a classy girl". |

Unless you wanna say that Tari Tari "corrected' Okada's Hanairo cast into acceptable human beings. Except Ohana. Nothing against Konatsu, but those were some really big shoes to fill.

I was always thinking Konatsu since she's more open and expressive like Ohana and Wakana tends to keep to herself more likely. Also when first viewing the series, I was relating to Wakana as Minko due to character design, but upon rethinking it that seems pretty insulting so I will just forget about that. Though if I were to compare Wakana and Ohana, I guess they have a lot of introspection involving their parents and some humorous ways of messing with people. Oh, and I guess main characterness.
