Pellissier: That's an adorable expression on Suzuka ( which is quite rare ) I think you should have put all of her head ( I mean without cutting the top of her hair, well if that wasn't possible because of the screens themselves, then I understand ^^; ) And a black border would fit better, 7/10

For her head I would had, if I could, in the scene it's already cut.. so.. :/
There was a border actually, but it was too thin.
I've done a complete re-editing and now it should look better. (@Kiva128: I maintaned your input for the sequence and basically I did some minor work: like to enforce the border, change the timesetting a bit, a little recropping in order to make the whole thing overall better looking, at least imho! )

evil-samurai: 8.5/10 unfortunately I'm not very skilled in mangas so I don't have a clue on whom he could be. Anyway, nice expression and gesture overall

Shuiro-Ai: first of all, welcome on this thread! Don't worry if you're in 6th grade, and even less if it's your first gif. This one I have is the first I did too, thanks to the suggestion I had I improved a bit, and so will you.
Your avatar: well, there's a bit to corrige.
- The cropping: a 100x100 (or at least a square-looking picture) would be better. Then you've cut Rukia's (is she there?) head too much. If possible, I would show all of her head.
- The timing: the movement is unnatural, time setting for each frame should be lowered until you will see a fluid movement.
- The looping doesn't look good because it's an interrupted loop. (I was making the same error, at the beginning), so in this case I would keep her first movement, left to right, but then reutilise some frames to come back at start point (right to left). That will be a nice loop

Shuiro-Ai: Well, I don't know anything about making animated stuff, but I can tell you that the loop isn't good You chose a nice emotional scene which I think can't really fit in an animated avatar, mostly because of the tears falling out <-- this causes the big problem to make it loop
But that's Rukia!! So 7/10
