a question if anyone can help me out with this one.

i need one more ingredient to make the portal for the Ponyland level. i'm missing the
ingredient where you can get by saving a specific someone at the desert oasis...i think.
once you save him, he opens up a portal and you can get the item in that place.

for anyone that already gotten the ingredient, where did you see him spawn? i try running
around for awhile now, but i havent seen him at all. any help is appreciated. thank you.

There are 2 places that he will appear (if you are lucky), one of them in the following image, and the closest place you could go to. Just keep reset your game if you don't see him, eventually he will appear.

Just so you know, the chest isn't always there, so...if you are unlucky, keep reseting, lolz.

Well, 1.04 isn't a bad patch, and people seem really happy at the patch but it has a long way to go. Hopefully my stuff sells so I can go buy my 500 loh gems, but I'll be off to GW2 for now.

I did get my hamburger though; gave it to my templar. That's exactly what I think about him.

And why can't you dual wield hamburgers?

Yea, and exp gear is reborn all of a sudden. Wonder if I can afford to sacrifice the 13% life gem for that.

Hmm offhands now go up to 300/stat so there should be a ton of new great shields and old decent second-hand shields. Also I'm chucking 800 dps socketed weapons every hour. I think vit is an easy and economical stat to find in large amounts on your weapon...

One of the stuff I like about this patch is that I'm actually making money out of the AH now because I'm finding, well, sellable stuff. 1k+ DPS 2handers aside, some also sold some 1-handers with decent DPS. Though, most of these drop only in Act 3. Mmm.

Still a little bummed that my Wizard STILL hasn't gotten anything decent to replace my wand. Oh well, at least I've proven that Critical Mass is still VERY viable, as other mentioned, but only if you have a high Critical Chance already. Any player below 30% Crit Chance though is out of luck.

Also LOL. Archon Wing and I ran into 3 consecutive mobs with Frozen and Arcane earlier. Sometimes, the rolls just hate us huh?

Haruhi, getting some nice drops over the past two days. Why didn't these drop prior to the patch? I don't think I can even sell them for good money now.

got a socketed dex andariel's visage. it fits me perfectly since im a poison monk.
the only downside is the 20% more fire dmg, molten and desecrator were bad enough already before... but oh well...

worth 50m+ i think.

prior to this i bought a 25m sun keeper, and 3.5m 20% MF shield... within 30 mins the legendary dropped.

Oh wow, I think I've used up my luck for the month. I was able to get an upgrade to my weapon while I was leveling Lyndon in Act 1, and later on, was FINALLY able to get some Legendaries...

My new sword. Has a lower Dex than my old one (which had 224+), but made up for it for having a slot, HUGE Vit, and a native + to critical damage.

As for the Legendaries... Eh, it's a Shield, and a Stone of Jordan (LOL remember these?) with slightly sucky stats. Still, they're post-1.04 legendaries!

Don't you hate fallen maniacs? I love em! I hadn't died in a few runs, but when I did I found this on the floor of level 2 of the keep while running back last week:

I found this from a chest, they really do drop legendaries! Absolutely awful ones though. I can't believe this dropped from A3, I got a couple lvl 58 ones but 53 ouch.

Good job. May I ask what's your route to gather xp effectively, or is that some kind of secret?

Since nobody will play hardcore with me due to the lag problem, and my energies are focused on Gw2 ( learning a very complex game), I decided to do a little side work on my hc charcter, and perhaps do a suicide run for achievements or something til I inevitably rubberband and die. ie, exping in Act 1 hell in window mode while proceeding to post stupid messages on forums or something. I can't believe the exp with a ruby isn't that bad if I repeat Warrior's rest a few times. Hell, I can get paragon levels from this.

So my Wizard is 57 1/2 now, and so I bought a weapon in advance. umm, you think this weapon is good enough for hell? I'm afraid my dps will be too low. :3

And holy fuck gems are expensive in hc >.>

Personally, I'm torn on the passives. :S Should find a way to get illusionist or Galvanizing Ward in http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/a.../hero/14311466 Wizards don't have an easy way to heal aside from potions and life regen.

Currently leveling my Witchdoctor as a break from my level 60s. Experience is brisk post-1.04, but I guess that's some of the changes really DID benefit the WD, particularly the summon changes. Also having a Star Ruby in the helmet helps too I guess...

Speaking of my level 60s, I seem to have an inordinately large amount of rare drops with my Demonhunter, with yellows dropping even at 1 NV, and three or more at 5 full stacks. Take note this NEVER happens with my monk or Wizard. It's so weird, especially since his equipment has no native GF or MF.
