OK after rewatching R1 it seems like Viletta randomly gets her memories back in like episode 24 was that ever explained? or just another wasted plot device like the whole C.C. connected to Suzaku or where Geass originated from

so in the end who all knew about the ZR?; Lelouch, Suzaku (obviously those two) C.C., Jeremiah, Kallen seemed to figure it out, and judged on Tohdohs reaction he might have too but what about others like Nunally, Cecile, Lloyd, Nina and Sayoko?

We never even saw their reactions to it, they were in jail, so it's kinda impossible to tell.

Hum, i like to think they knew, they were working together after all, there's no reason for Lelouch to keep a secret for them in this case, besides, they were pretty calm at the prison, so i guess they knew it was all part of his plan.

Hum, i am not really sure if there were subs, there were translations, but i do not think they were actually subbed.

You mean any episodes beside R1 and R2? Well, to answer your question, there are no episodes beyond R2 nor are there any continuations of the Code Geass series. There are the Code Geass games, as well as some Picture Dramas, Sound Dramas, and other supplementary material, but no other major productions have been made or are planned that we know of.

The closest you can get to extra Code Geass, other than what Nobodyman9's already suggested, are the three mangas: Lelouch of the Rebellion, which is a retelling of Code Geass without the Knightmare Frames; Suzaku of the Counterattack, an alternative story focusing on Suzaku, also devoid of Knightmare Frames; and Nightmare of Nunnally, a very popular alternative story featuring a what-if of Nunnally acquiring a Geass.

Don't ask for links, though; the mangas are licensed and thus we all risk getting banned if we discuss the acquisition of such material.

It just bugs me, if they are going to bring Code Geass into SRW game, how are going they going to fit in considering the show's plot twists and Xanatos Gambits? I saw this in TVTropes and it has bothered me for all day, they able to utilize Eva despite the nature of the show and Ideon despite it is kind of similar to Eva, how are put in Code Geass? Granted, I hadn't watched that many robot shows but still how it is going to work out?

It's a video game. It doesn't have to make sense, and half the time it doesn't.
