If "anime industry to cease" after episode 8, what will happen after episode 9? Hollywood will declare they will no longer make movies? Tom Cruise can finally quit making movies/acting and follow his true passion on his religion? What will happen after the series is over? I guess Mona Lisa will get tossed away, Lourve will close down as the ultimate art form had already been created.

Hahahaha... it was really lucky for them that they only had soup and cracker than something heavy... if they had anything heavy then with what the Duck team has to experience, I won't be surprised if the white flag pop up with the devastation going on inside the Type 89 without them being hit...
 I can see it now... Noriko: "It's getting ugly in here, commander." Miho: "What's the matter? Are you getting bombarded pretty hard?" Noriko: "Forget about the Prauda team... we're getting hit with friendly fires inside!" Miho: "Huh?! I don't understand..." *Miho hears multiple puking noises from the radio and lot's of grunts and complains*

so after student council explain how need win the tournament to save the school give some wonder & worry well miho pull in fish dance to cheer everyone to get all do it. & what next cue WOLVERINES shout no surrender cue all or nothing with student council bring down two russian tanks in blaze of glory give russian call in big gun tank. with all shooting & target for flag let shot to shots with so tight like went to a photo finish to be continued!!!

People, I was reviewing the episode 9 with more attention and seems to me a clear victory for Ooarai, at the last moment when there were the last shots is possible to clearly see that the tank of the volleyball team deviates slightly to the right and is hit on the left caterpillar, is enough to immobilize however I do not think it will raise the white flag.

Episosde 9:
Anzu is surprisingly skilled. White flag two T-34's and cripple a third before being taken down by Nonna. Katyusha's genius plan is to leave the flag tank guarded by a KV-2 heavy tank. I didn't realize at first that the KV-2 is that BIG. Good thing the heavy hitters (Pz IV and STuG) are the ones that went to the town. Volleyball team being chased relentlessly.. only a matter of time. But Miho saves the day by ordering a STuG ambush! Fortunate that there are no russians, err.. I mean Pravda students to see them bury the StuG with snow. Very good episode. Can't wait for next week!

Looks like my prediction might be correct. Oorai will be getting a new tank, and its none other than the Type 3 Chi-Nu medium tank armed with the 75mm.
Noticeable by the rivets, boxy turret and operated by three representations of Japanese folklore. That being said, where is the Tiger P for the final showdown? And who will get the Panzer IV? - Tak

I am guessing the Tiger P will be in the episode 10 ED. Group shot Episode 11? Unknown ED 12, unless they have a larger grouping, or another tank upgrade (or a replacement for that damned Type 89)
If they have Miho's team upgrade to the Tiger (P), give the Volleyball team the Panzer IV (they will be down one, but until Mako joined them, the Panzer IV was going to be undermanned to begin with). They'll "need" a surprise ninth tank to replace the Type 89 and an eighth team.
