From what i understand.

Spoiler:

-New Soviet Union has 10 SCM, (maybe cloning)

-USNA trying to recapture again Tatsuya. Lina went to old mexico but Sylvie went to Japan for capture Tatsuya

-New Soviet Union, confronting the Japanese Navy at Hokkaido. Tatsuya confronting Tuman Bomba (SCM magic) but Mist dispersal not working at that. New Soviet Union retreat.

-Kudo Clan plan try to be friend with Yotsuba for return to TMC.

-Edward Clark is Raymond's father

I'm not confidence translating the spoiler but from I got

Spoiler for maybe wrong but yeah, it's hard:

- New Soviet invaded Sado again, they even deployed Tumba Bomba. In order to defuse the Tumba Bomba, Gouki had to handle but in exchange, he had to admitted to hospital, the one nursing him was Yuuka (not sure it's Tsukuba Yuuka or not, because I don't know how Yuuka written)
- New Soviet had more than 10 SC Magician (apparently cloning).
- 101 Magic Equipment Battalion had to distance themselves around Tatsuya because of their position (each other position, you know 10MC cannot directly interfere with Army and vice versa)
- USNA reboot their plan to capture SCM wielder. Silvia dispatched to Japan.
- At north sea (don't know how read it correctly), New Soviet clashing with Japan navy. New Soviet retreated due to their Tumba Bomba failed because of Tatsuya's Gram Dispersion, it became known to them about Gram Dispersion magic.
- Not sure how to read it, from I got, Tatsuya being investigated.
- Shiba sibling was ordered to come back by Maya.
- As Kudou clan planning to be 10MC once more, they're befriend with Yotsuba
- Kouchi met Shiba sibling (this incomplete from spoiler)
- In Young 10MC magician gathering, Saegusa first son made a proposal with "make Miyuki an idol" in order to appease common people hatred toward 10MC. (I cannot read the rest which explain Tatsuya's stance and how other families perceived it).
- Edward Clark (Raymond's father?) was the developer Hjskalif. In the meeting he was sure with Tatsuya's isolation (not sure what it means), so he made plan to neutralize or capturing Tatsuya

Again, I actually having hard time to decipher the spoiler. If this actual line from novel, maybe I could read but apparently this is from fellow reader.

Goodluck to all the people who wants to capture Tatsuya.
If they can however, i would love to see how Miyuki (finally) would react to something like that. I mean its unexpected for tatsuya to be captured, hence what kind of dere woudl she make and what kind of move will she do. Thats something to look forward to in case.

As regards to the Saegusa's first son proposal of Miyuki becoming an idol.. what is he thinking? Coz im thinking like love live kind of idol. LOL. By idol he could mean, a promising magician with both power and intelligence combined in one body created by Yotsuba. Can it really boost the 10Mc Image? LOL. Miyuki is from THE yotsuba, instead of idol, fear could be heightened more.

Can someone pls tell me what happened more during the meeting of kids 10MC?

And

Can someone please tell me also what happened to Shina(was that her name?) when she met the yotsubas??

The clone has a ? after it in the JP spoiler, I think that's the reader's speculation. People shouldn't be surprised to see more S-class though, back in the 9sc arc it was mentioned there was over 40 worldwide but only 13 known.

For Kouchi meeting Shiba siblings. It didn't happen, they returned to Maya before any meeting was done.

Better yet, 'guardian' isn't right word and it may cause a confusion.
In the book, it is 'body guard'.

The boy's name is Yaguruma Saburo.
Yaguruma family is employed by Mitsuya family.
So, the entire Yaguruma family works as security (body guard) and house keepers & workers. Before entering high school, Saburo was scheduled to be Shiina's body guard, but it was canceled because Saburo's magic was not improving. Saburo's family is not suitable for modern magic. Saburo has two siblings: one brother and one sister. Both of them did not enter the magic high school, and they are being trained by their grand parents at the 3rd research institute. According to the book, Yaguruma family is using a small space at 3rd research institute.

But, Saburo enters 1st high because he wants to protect Shiina. However, Saburo lacks talents to be neither traditional magician nor modern magician.
His parents tried to stop him, but he enters 1st high for Shiina. Everyone from Yaguruma family and Mitsuya family knows about it.

Hmm is the raw out yet? because the spoiler posted by amtro has some speculation too.

If everything is true then the people trying to capture Tatsuya are going to have a really bad time, this guy can nuke the entire world if he wants. I bet they're not going straight for tats, they're going for Miyuki so they can use it as bargain chip.
