Actually I kind of understand why he did that. He was getting up because he knew he lost or won (couldn't tell who he was controlling) and probably also to "gg" with the guy on the other side of the cabinet. Asian gaming culture and what not.

edit: watching the video again I saw him make the gesture I've seen many times watching Starcraft matches that indicates he was shrugging off a loss when Hazama won the second round so I think it's safe to assume he won after all.

Makoto was crazy if she got in on you. she needed to be toned down a bit. coupled with the fact that she had some ridiculous combos. they seem to be making the game not about 6k+ combos, which i can agree with.

Her 6k+ plus combos were mostly removed along with the parry loop, that and the toning down of BBS are the only things that should've been done. All her other changes are absolutely ridiculous. Seriously, making her 2C even slower when it is already pretty damn slow is really fucking dumb. That said, the Makoto nerfs are more comparable to Noel's nerfs from CT to CS than CT/CS Rachel nerfing.

Mainly because after 2 games, I still have trouble grasping the plot, so I'm worry that if it managed to reach the anime screen, the feedback from non-gamer will be, well, negative.

Well If they fallow the animation of Calamity Trigger's opening animation, than i'd be fine, otherwise if it's anything from CS than screw it.

High chance of one fight scene actually being fluidly animated and the rest sucking ass, depends on who animates though.

CS = Multiple parallel timelines
