Echoing this so very much. Most of the Chinese line are either Chinese acquisitions of tanks from other nations, licensed copies, or derivatives, with many of them being based off the Soviet tree. The only really interesting tank in the tree is the Type-97 Chi-Ha since it's a Japanese tank we haven't seen before, and that's at Tier III. If I wanted to have Soviet-looking tanks, then I'll go up the Soviet line

As an aside, I went this past couple of days from having no Tier VI medium tanks to having 3 of them within the same day: the M4A3E8, the Cromwell, and the VK3601. Of the three, the VK3601 is gonna be the most painful to grind, since unlike the other two whose modules I've already unlocked from the Heavy tank tree the 3601 is starting out from scratch.

Now I already knew what to expect from the Easy 8 and the VK3601 since I've had both tanks before, but the Cromwell... this thing handles like MAGIC

We shouldn't judge the Chinese tanks purely based on their external appearance. Maybe tiers 1-5 will be literal copies, but starting from tier 6 the differences from other nations will be huge. I'm expecting a cross between Russian and French tanks.

Also, there is a tank that looks exactly like the Type 62, called the WZ131. I'm almost disappointed.

And in the hands of an expert like Kimidori, it's pretty devastating too. However, I've found the thing way undergunned, as it's best gun is the 75mm, which is very similar to the default Sherman gun except in ROF.

Spent $12 so far, bought the T14, colored it, stuck a Raptor on it, and bought premium for one week, and stuck more raptors on my SU-26.

I like sticking Raptors on stuff. Shame they're so small, though.

Not my results, but some pretty rare stuff from my allies:

Raider: Capture the enemy base and remain undetected during the entire battle. The achievement is granted even if the vehicle was accidentally hit or damaged.

Fadin's Medal: Awarded for destroying the last enemy vehicle in the battle with the last shell in the ammo.

Predictably some of the mods will need some work... currently figuring out which thing is freezing the client on start.

But hey, it was worth trying moving the 8.2 mods into the 8.3 folder.

Maybe the college connection is faster than I thought it was, because I thought the update would take at least 30 minutes, but it only took 5 minutes.

I don't know why, but the NC-31 feels much slower than its stats say it is... It almost feels like my Medium I runs faster!

It appears that I only had to remove some minor statistics-related mods and the GuP wallpaper loading screens for 8.3 to work. Everything else seems to still function.

Edited a few minutes later: Locastan's statistics messages has been patched for 8.3, so that's out of the way. Just the wallpapers then.

Edit on top of the other edit: Got the login wallpapers to work. Must have misplaced a file somewhere. All good then.

With the nerf they did to the arty, now is harder to defend yourself if you are forced to in close combat, since even a scout can oneshot you (also is even harder to hit some targets in places where you could hit them before).

Personally I didn't notice a thing when I faced a Grille in a 1vs1 situation then again I had a pretty awful streak today: few kills, poor results while the team wins (wasted daily bonus), my Churchill I couldn't kill off a Pz38nA (two non penetrating shots, no idea how I managed to do that) and to top it all off I accidentally bought a tool box half million credits down the drain.
