The reason given is that they were reworking the older chapters to reduce the sexual content, but due to how involved it is with the actual plot, they decided to just delete it entirely. As for why, probably has to do with how narou has been on the crackdown with sexual content again more recently.

the Web Novel is only up to 319 on readlightnovel is there any other place to read it with more updated chapters.

Too bad author removed the WN....
And manga also stopped at that chapter.
Someone mentioned has the all chapters before it was deleted but when I asked for it, they not reply it.

Personally I think this "was" the only "good" novel that this author has
I still don't understand how the others got the green light
And I continue debating how I came to read the novel of the MC adopted by a nobleman
