You know what? I think there was.

Besides its not hard to genderbend Ranka either as she has also been privy to it as well. Plus the staff did find Ranka to be more masculine than either Sheryl or Alto.

Oh, here it is.

As an ex-actor he thinks Ranka as "as for stardomness, she is indeed a charming girl, but with a girly air about her, if one were not careful on showing his likeness on Ranka he would be seen as a lolicon ".

I guess what Alto means is that if someone likes Ranka, that person should be wary of being seen as a lolicon, I guess.

Meaning, he is not blind to how...young she looks.

TBH, Ranka also looks more masculine than Alto does as a "boyish" way (like Luca) rather than Gar. At least Sheryl has boobs to remind us she's a whole woman. I showed an official picture of the three of them (with make up) to a non Macross friend the other day so they would tell me to say which one is the trap and they chose Ranka. They couldn't believe Alto was a guy and Sheryl had prominent boobs in the picture.

Well, that place is fun and amusing, what with all their conspiracy theories and the like. Pretty hilarious.

The difference from what I hear about episode 24 and the movie is that Alto was the one who went to seek out Sheryl, while in the movie it was Ranka going to Alto. Hope I get someone's confirmation on this.
