He can do tsukoyomi, but not on the same level as Itachi did. Creates a powerfull genjutsu, that usualy deefets any enemy.
Susan'o takes the form of a certain shape unique to it's user. It has absolute defeense. And is able to atack opponents.
Ametarasu cretes black flames, that are able to burn trough anything, including solid objects and energy.

Lol, I love the Tobi/Obito stuff! I never even thought about this though. Certain people having specific abilities unique to their sharingans seems to be the case now. Sasuke's are the same as Itachi's because Itachi gave him the MS. and we see the mind control tech that Danzo uses because that's what Shizui could do. So yeah, I'd say Tobi using jutsu's that suck you into another demention with he eye is a HUGE piece of evidence that he got it from the same source as Kakashi. Of course the latest manga seems to show he collects sharingans, so maybe he's not Obito, he's just using Obito's other eye.

well i doubt he can just transplant eyes without it being an EMS so think about it he would have to obito but it could kakashi never had any technique dealin with space and time until he got his MS and tobi does show that he has a MS so far

It could be that Madara has the one who have activated it.... and while it was activated it also activated kakashi's sharingan.... it must have a connection to the other eye.... which is madara's obito eye.....

the two eyes must still have a connection....

well i think just alot of training and he must have felt guilty all these years for Rin and Obito's Death and also the guilt of sasuke leaving Kakashi has a giant burden on his shoulders

Question: I was wondering if I could make a transition from the anime to the manga? I have gotten really sick of the fillers and the pacing in general in the anime. The last episode I saw was Shippuden 141. What manga chapter would I need to read to continue? Are there any chapters that weren't covered in the anime that I would need to go back and read? Thanks for any help at all.

Edit: I just read a few chapters and I must say... It's fantastic! ^_^ The pacing is awesome, no fillers, Naruto and other characters are far less annoying, oh and did I mention NO FILLERS 8D
