There are currently four, and the fifth is in production.

The first one is "Ninja Clash in the Land of Snow!"
The second one is "The Great Clash: The Phantom Ruins in the Depths of the Earth!"
The third one is "The Animal Riot of the Crescent Moon Island!"
The fourth one is "The Death of Naruto!"
The fifth one will be the first to include Sasuke - it is currently unnamed.

I'm thinking of writing a Fan Fic so I just wanted to confirm something first about the Sharingan.

If a sharingan user copies a jutsu and then days/months/years later they go to use it, do they need to activate their sharingan in order to use the jutsu or can they just use it in their normal state?

Would Kakashi have been stronger if he'd never got the Sharingan?

The sharingan constantly drains his chakra right? so if he didn't have it , then he wouldn't get tired out as easily?

altho he wudnt be called copy cat Kakashi. hehe

Theoretically, he should be able to use it without activating the Sharingan, since his knowledge of the jutsu would be stored in his brain, not his eyes.

The first part of that question is purely speculative. Would Kakashi have been stronger without; perhaps, but perhaps not. An argument can be made to support both theories.

I'd suggest reading Chapter 321 for more information regarding chakra shape and elemental manipulations. Successively earlier and later chapters (i.e. 320-322) may also contain information, which could help you gain more insight into the details of this technique.

That was what I thought. Just wasn't sure because I couldn't recall even Kakashi using his copied techniques without his sharingan out. But my mind is sometimes fuzzy on the details lately so can't remember if he had his sharingan uncovered when he was fighting kisame with zabuza's jutsus. Sasuke used lee's without his sharingan on but again I wasn't positive because he had trained for a month to be able to do that and might have had his sharingan on while training not sure.

Anyway I'm just gonna go on the assumption that once the technique is copied, that as long as they have the chakra capicity they can use the copied jutsu without the sharingan activated. It's not really a big deal anyway I guess. I just like to have my details straight sometimes.

Oh yeah I have 1 question, why sasuke formed team hebi? It's said that sasuke wanted a 1on 1 fight with itachi.. So instead of team hebi, wouldn't it be better if he goes back to team 7?? I believe naruto, sakura and kakashi would be more than willing to help him..??? And moreover, team 7 is a lot stronger than team hebi,not to mention the loyalty between the 2 teams toward sasuke..

Well technically he's a missing-nin so...even though in most cases missing-nins aren't especially welcome however in this case Tsunade wanted Sasuke to be retrieved.

However...Danzo, the head of ROOT comissioned Sai to find and assassinate Sasuke, this was done without the knowledge of Tsunade and deliberately under her nose.

But in this case, Naruto, Sakura, Kakashi, etc all want Sasuke back for whatever reasons they have.
