Marvelous Maximillan takes the role of Negi homeroom teacher and has the whole class fawning trampling all over him. Karon is my 1st protagonist for the fic which features VEDA and a side to Tabane she suppresses when being the world's #1 Idol.

This was not my grimdark fic however. Nor is it the Celestial Being fic. This idea just dropped out of orbit and hijacked my plans completely. Because, without the annoying harem antics, IS is all about...

[3... 2... 1... Switch, on!]

"Hold your arm like this, yell Henshin," the young inventor yelled while acting out the pose. "Then give the lever a shove!"

She struck her IS hand up in the air.

"Hoa!"

"What?"

Even the usually crazy Kisaragi was lost by that explanation.

"You got it already just do it!!" Angelina squealed while her Kanazuchi rattled from her jumping up and down.

"Well, um, uh," Mika turned back to the scene of the Karon's I-type wrestling with the berserk experimental unit.

She got in to pose.

"HENSHIN!"

Kisaragi took a while more to fondle for the lever, then threw it. The Equalizer clicked and flushed with power as its dormant circuits sucked energy from the MPIS' core. She then threw her hand up.

"HOA!!"

Immediately, exhaust blasted from from the IS as it reacted to Mika's latent ISper powers and the commands from the Equalizer. Angelina braced with full power to front shields; Karon slammed her fist into the IS she was locked in melee with. That gave her the opening to kick herself free just as the shockwave hit, blasting the wayward machine away in perfect combo.

Mika let her arm drop to her side, dispelling the projected Nendo field. The MPIS she had been equipped with was transfigured; in its place was a white-and-black model unlike any other, with colored reticles cut into its arms and legs.

"Whoa..." Kisaragi admired herself. "I don't know what's going on but..."

She threw her arms into the air and roared in celebration.

"UCHUU KITAAAAAA!!"

Please don't be too bothered by the some of the fandoms reaction, it's just that Charlotte x Ichika is the most popular pairing so they might be a bit turned off. Just make sure to keep them in character and everything should work out fine.

I pointed at the sliding hanger on both my shoulder blades and my hips; they can work as weapon mountings, but at severely limited degree of freedom. For example, those mounted on my back can slides forward or backward, adjusting the levitation, from firing straightforward to 90 degrees upward.

Meanwhile, the one on the waist has almost 360 degree of rotation, but unable to pivot.

“Problem is, ByakuShiki has no FCS”

“Strange…” Cecilia mumbles “Normally, even melee focused I.S. has at the least basic type Connection detection”

I definitely need a super hi-grade sensor. That's to include the required signal when the enemy's in firing range for the IS pilot to detect. The weapons and sensors have to be linked together, but ever since the beginning; [ByakuShiki] doesn't even have such an option.

“All the aiming and targeting are manually controlled; it’s the same as I’m wasting my ammo” I shrugged.

“Secondly, ByakuShiki has no capability of refilling the spent ammo, and the energy pool channeled by the hanger is very little, so energy cannon is out of equation unless…nah, I’ll save that one for later”

“What are you mumbling to yourself?” Houki and Cecilia asked synchronously.

“Nothing”

After sensing that something's wrong, I touched the sensor of the A control zone door of the 3rd arena. Through fingerprint and pulse identification, I got clearance, and the door opened with a 'whoosh'. No matter how many times I hear it, the release of compressed air still feels loud to me.

"I've been waiting for a long time, Ichika."

To think that the one waiting for me here is actually Rin. She folds her arms, looking rather cocky and fearless as she smiles. She definitely looked angry yesterday, so how much has her mood changed...ah, I can feel Houki and Cecilia frowning behind me. Don't look at me, it's not my fault!

“Ichika, have you properly reflected?"

"Huh? About what?"

"About what, you say?! You should feel regret about making me mad, or thinking how to 'make up with me', right?"

"Even if you say that...you're the one who has been hiding from me, right?"

"You...don't tell me you would really ignore a girl when the girl says 'don't bother me'?"

I’m not the type that forcing the girls to listen, then again, said girls are just plain dangerous, any men in my position would just do that.

Precisely, because Ichika is different than most guys, I like him, and chasing him all the way here, but why?

Am I just held my own pride way too high? Am I just a powerless, lonely girl, hiding behind the protection of ShenLong?

What already said cannot be retracted.

Right now, Ichika is angry at me and with both of us angry at each other…can we really repair the bond that has been severed?

I wonder myself I watched as Ichika fought that Cecilia-girl in her Crimson blue I.S.
Beautiful, just beautiful, but at the same time; brutal.

Then he went on a rampage using heavy machinegun, expelled his anger on holographic target.

Pitiful…

Why should it ended up like this?

“I hear you’re using that sentence in front of him”

It was his twin sister, Madoka, standing beside me with her custom IS outfit.

“Back then in middle school, we had this certain…bad incident that made him rather sensitive every time the fact about male social life brought over”

Since then, Ichika has been controlling his anger very well. Unless his pride stomped… then he would let a roaring rampage, or at the least, venting his anger with harsh argument.

“Of course you didn’t, you did not ask why he’s angry either. Why don’t you just apologize? Or at the very least, explain everything”

I can’t reply, in fact, I didn’t know why I am angry.

Because he remembered the exact phrase…even if he accept it the wrong way, he remembered it.

We talked until the sky lose its radiant color, became dark blue. The more we talked, the more I felt I lose the burden plaguing my heart.

Ling said that 'the hardest part of life is admitting mistakes', I was actually inspired by Wavehawk's fic for that matter. Yes, Adults are less honest than the kids.

EDIT: The Hanger System is something that only Byakushiki has as part of it's Foldout armor system, but since it's only allow the usage of 'offensive capability', Ichika can mount handheld weapon freely, with several limitation like limited ammo for Solid Ordnance weapon, and low power output for beam gun, Vibration Blade has no such problem because the energy requirement is low.

Also, since ByakuShiki is 100% melee optimized frame, there's no lockon capability, and the accuracy is really-bad. This will be fixed when he obtain Setsura, which came with a set of complete, if very standard FCS.

Akatsubaki and subsequent gen-4 IS won't have it, since they can generate weapon at whim.

I wouldn't say it's completely OOC, in fact, I would say it's an improvement over the original character, making her more sympathetic than annoying.

The tears collased into a rainbow-colored Einstein-Rosen Bridge, connecting them with the Metropolis hangar deep within the Moon. Ground crews already forewarned, the captain of space group allowed the large Armored Stratos Equalizers to be catapulted into the bridge, trailing colors of red, black, green, yellow and pink. The Raions lept in from the other end, each lining up with the unit that matched their own IS before pulling the units around them with docking lasers.

"RaionRed!"

"RaionBlack!"

"RaionYellow!"

"RaionGreen!"

"RaionPink!"

"Shishio Stratos..."

"Raionman complete!"

And a 5-colored plume of colored smoke popped from behind them.

...it doesn't stop coming. It might even turn into its own story.

@ZeroXSEED- IS academy is chock full of yaoi fangirls so that scene with charles is gonna cause MASSIVE amounts of screaming fangirls.

@ Blitz1/2- An OC pilot is okay as long as they aren't male or mary sues. There is one fic like that on the archive but it bombed since the lead character was a GINORMOUS mary sue.

Planning to use one of the OC's from this thread ( Artificial human girl who believes the greatest pleasure of life is pain) as Kyuukai's yandere if i push through with it.
