Anyway, it's not even clear if mages in general can keep their youth:

Powerful mages in general age more slowly/live longer, that's been stated (V1?)
Powerful witches can maintain their youth (or their youthful appearance), for at least ~40 years. That's been stated, too (V3)
Female Campione are reported to reach an age of ~1800 (Aisha; usable magic and authorities unknown) and ~200 (Luo Hao, witch, ... wasn't one of her authorities from a goddess of beauty?) and remain beautiful.
The only older male Campione is Bobby with an age of ~200 and the looks of an old guy. He became a campione when he was ~16.

That's all we know. Feel free to draw your own conclusions.

No Sayanomiya Kaoru doesn't wear glasses and why would she be on a plane? That is John Pluto Smith. Clearly he is returning to America after the events of vol 7. Obviously she is developing feelings for Godou so that's another one for his harem.

ive only read the spoilers on jcafe tho.
So im not sure if that is JPS or not.
But id figure JPS wouldnt look japanese, cuz it was said in vol.1 and vol.2 Godou is the first and only japanese campione.
