I can actually help with that...somewhat. It's also a subgenre I've been looking into with very lackluster results.

女になった親友の為に、おれは仕方なく成り上がる！ is the one played the most straight, as in the TS gets a lot of focus and isn't just written off after 2 chapters. Has two TS characters that aren't the MC even.
The writing in general is also good and it has a real plot. Stalled.

暇人、魔王の姿で異世界へ has a character that gets genderswapped pretty late into the novel and goes pretty in-depth into the changes that occur because of it. But she's not a heroine, but her take dragged on over quite the long while and was pretty interesting overall. Finished, little TS interaction.

Kumo desuga's secondary? protagonist also has a genderswapped friend (love interest?) I hear but I haven't read it myself.

女になった相棒と行く異世界転生冒険譚 is apparently the focus of it but the MC makes it really confusing. He seems to randomly switch between showing signs of interest toward his partner to not giving two shits, and his partner does the same thing.
That said it's mostly your typical Isekai Musou stuff so the TS really isn't a decent focus. Finished.

自宅にダンジョンが出来た。 seemingly plays it straight but turns out it's kind of a curve ball.
Has a male coworker who gets drugged and turned female, obviously has feelings for protag but protag is 41-year-old ossan who doesn't care. Then it gets weird when it turns out that was his coworker's second gender swap, meaning he was originally a female to begin with anyway.
The series is also kinda bad in general because the protagonist's ability is the ability to asspull, i.e. he gains abilities right as he needs them. Protag is also an (un-fun) idiot.

俺と合体した魔王の娘が残念すぎる plays with it in that the MC fuses with the heroine, and they can swap back and forth between their bodies with at least the MC being able to control her body too. 1 body 2 minds thing.
I haven't read much past the first volume (where the updates stopped when I found it) but I recall the protagonist being more on the boring and generic side. Hopefully that changes when I decide to finally catch up on this. Moved to nocturn.

ブリングヴィジター　～最強転移者とTS転生者の異世界冒険記～ also one I haven't read much of due the protagonist being the gorilla-brain numbskull who doesn't think anything through and lets all of his emotions do the talking, but the TS friend is okay, I guess?

女になったエルフの親友を助けたらパーティーを追放されたので、二人でまったり暮らそうと思い ます is a completed one, and it says 'male protagonist' but I swear the TS girl gets way more POV time than him, plus it was kinda boring with bad pacing. Finished.

ＴＲＰＧ好きの中年オッサンズ、異世界に転生して東奔西走！　ＴＳもあるよ！？ is one I found recently, read like the first volume, neither of the main duo really left an impression on me. Weird.
Title pretty much says it all. Group of old-man D&D players randomly get isekai'd as their characters and gotta defeat the demon lord to get their bodies back. Sad part is they all seem to be married and have kids, so they want to go back to earth, leaving less chances of some fun TS romance. Finished, doesn't seem like anything happened in skimming the ending.

社畜な俺の異世界ハーレム計画！ is a mostly comedy series where one guy rather enjoys becoming a loli and wants to get with the MC, just because. It's comedy/gag so actual reasons don't exist for anything. There's other temporary gender shenanigans too. Being a primarily comedy series I easily lose interest in it. Finished.

Your typical reincarnation except MC isn't OP by default and his royal status doesn't really help much. The MC himself is a trap-esque guy, but he turns a reincarnated TS loli into his maid.
One pro about this series is the author adds some pretty okay illustrations to it quite frequently. That said there's been no signs of romance with the TS Loli from either direction, but that could change in the future.

My person favorite, has point of view from the male side and the female (TS) side. Plays it about as straight as it gets and has an actual story to go along with it.

俺のチートがこの世の地獄　ーガチャで出たオッサンを美少女キャラにTSさせて衣装を着せ替えながら戦わせ るー
Guy summons otaku as a pretty girl with a gacha-esque summoning skill. Girl is pretty much a walking meme otaku and isn't characterized very well, at least at the start. Has a nocturn version but hasn't gotten far enough to validate that yet.

It's kinda sad that the only one I can actually recommend is the first one. The second one isn't a bad novel on its own, just not for a lot of TS shenanigans.
The other ones have some sort issue (Except Kumo, which I just haven't read), and many other novels I didn't list that try to fit the bill have even bigger issues than the above list, with a good chance of just straight-up horrible writing.
There's always a chance of some novel having this stuff that I'm not aware of naturally, with Narou novel tags generally being garbage. 暇人、魔王の姿で異世界へ doesn't have tags for it for example, but it's also really not a main focus for the plot. Just a side-story that ties into the main plot kind of thing.

元・世界１位のサブキャラ育成日記 - Guy from Earth (a trap) stalked the protag and followed him to the new world where he shares the same girly appearance he had in real life, but is now a girl. Harem series so good chance of this one pulling through on the romance.

一緒に転生した相棒（元男）が可愛すぎて困ってます - Not isekai but main heroine is a former dude. Setting seems a bit lazily thought out and the former partner seems to adapt to being a girl immediately, so not quite as fun.

竜眼でゴブリンゲーム - MC's best friend is a severe idol otaku when playing with his isekai 'character' creation, accidentally confirms his ideal for his own appearance. No romance as of yet but there's always hope seeing as the friend goes out of his way to act as girly as possible to 'not crush dreams' like one idol once did to him. All that aside, I actually kinda really enjoy this one as a story too.

聖女様がついてくる～貴女は田舎冒険者の俺には重すぎます～ MC's brother dies and reincarnates a little girl. For some reason wants to marry the protag in order to get back into the family.

There was another one where the protagonist's coworker gets turned into a female slime when fantasy invades the real world and the MC gets forced to tame her, but eventually got deleted after stalling for like a month.



As a side note, one interesting, straightforward TS novel I found a while back (whose name I forgot) was about how the MC got summoned to another world to beat the demon lord, but instead got turned into a female by him, raped, and had a kid, eventually leading to living a life on his own with his daughter after a time skip, trying to be a good mother to her.
Sad part is updates were short and loooong in-between, on top of some setting things making no sense, I.E. the protagonist has no fighting potential once he turned into a woman without really explaining how he reached the demon lord in the first place, and is somehow still ignorant about daily life isekai stuff.

The only interesting one is the first one seems, but I think the MC was a Yuri fan.

The only one I was interested in was a few years ago at noc, where the neighbor(?) of the MC (and maybe childhood friend ) becomes a woman but apart from the MC and the TS friend, everyone thinks that the friend was always a woman like Isekai + parallel world, unfortunately I do not remember the name or it may have been deleted .

He's hardcore into yuri, yeah, but I actually don't find that to detract from anything and there's probably a few reasons for that.
Like none of the girls he wants to see do some yuri are ever into yuri; everyone is hilariously straight.
It's not like he never shows personal interest, like he takes a bath with one of his TS friends and has trouble controlling himself. And later he comes across a trap that he, surprising to even himself, is openly really into. At the dismay of, again, his TS friends.
The girls in general are also pretty willing to make advances, with one (non-TS) quite literally almost raping himself before someone else stepped in and stopped it.

Plus it's not like yuri is his only identity. He's also a history nerd and has a decent head on him as a commander.
But yeah, this reverse spectrum of TS is very lacking in content in general. I don't have anything against normal TS either, but like I've mentioned, a lot of them are just poorly written, TS with none of the spiciness (substantial conflict over his gender and gender identity and whatnot) as they get over it readily, has no actual story or plot to go with it—you know how it goes.

Also, I added one series I forgot to my previous post.
Again, nothing that's quite delivered on the subject just yet.

It's a bit hard to define Shun's place in the story but "secondary protagonist" is one option. He's kinda like a generic reincarnator with cheats except the story isn't nearly so kind. I tend think of him as a "fail hero". He has a "fail harem" too - starting with the YANDERE imouto. Then there's his TS best friend from Japan, Katia, who has an interesting background.

On Earth, he had two elder sisters who were both rather predatory and because of that he had little interest in women. It's not like he was gay or anything and actually pretended to be interested in women still, for the sake of his social standing. After being reincarnated as a duke's daughter (Katia) he/she becomes increasingly feminine and slowly falls for Shun and eventually switches over to being a women at heart.
