I just finished Catherine and I would like to know if someone here know any other anime-like videogame (on Xbox Live Arcade or even on XBOX 360 iself) ?

have you tried Tales of Vesperia?

it's not an RPG but, Persona 4: The Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena, is a fighting game. Most of the westerners define this game as "Anime-fighting-game" mainly because of the anime-look of the sprites I guess?
if you've played Persona 4 before, you should give this a shot

I don't own an XBOX360 so I don't know much about the games for it since I'm a PS3 owner. So my knowledge is limited, sorry

I'd suggest Tales of Vesparia, Enchanted Arms, and Vanquish (You can always try out Soul Calibur 4 or 5; albeit they are fighting games). All the really good J-Titles are exclusive to the PS3.
