In the later volumes, does Miu also fall in love with Yuuta? We all know that Sora is completely bro-con for Yuuta, but I am not sure of Miu's own feelings.

Not really a surprise with the club president being a lolicon, but I still laugh hard when he said Sora is 'oba-san' XD
But well, at least he genuinely care for Yuuta, though it was his love for Miu that made him took Yuuta's job And for Nimura, I know I said it little bit creepy for me lately, but turns out he really does care for the girls and Yuuta. Though he also hitting Miu, and Miu hit him back, that make me goes 'What the-' for a little bit But the ending for chapter 6 is really great Spoiler for :

Papa no Iu Koto wo Kikinasai! LN vol. 1 - 7 (no spoilers):
So I ripped through this in the past 4 days and was surprised at how well done it is. The light novels is quite a lot more somber than its light-hearted manga counterpart, and is a family drama more than anything else. A lot of the issues the family encounters hit close to home and raises interesting questions regarding specifically the gain and loss(both physical and metaphorical) of family. The fact that most of the story is told through novice parent Yuuta's unabashed perspective is what made this really work, as the reader can really relate to the insecurity, jealousy, and pride that he experiences as a father. This is where I think the anime adaptation will have the most difficulty in conveying, if they plan to do so at all. Yuuta is a very capable male lead, despite being a tad too donkan. The three girls are all adorable, especially Hina and Miu. The side characters plays a surprising big role in the narrative and has nobody too disagreeable. Very interested in seeing what the anime will be like.

So the story is more focused on family matters than love story ? Well, from the manga I've read so far, there's only a little about romance and fan services, it's more heartwarming story on how they cope themselves to the change and Yuuta's struggle as a parent, stuff about family.
