Well this was something cool i found by the creator of Angry Beavers in 2001.

The pilot was animated by Madhouse hence the great animation and music.

And if your wondering why it was never picked up by Nickelodeon, there were variety of reasons. The company thought it was too violent, one scene look similar to 9/11, the female protagonist mother was killed by terrorist and the fact the creator was a Union member and wanted Union animators to work on the show which didn't please the company.

Kinda sad really. But now that Nickelodeon today does air action shows like TMNT, Avatar and Legend of Korra, it would be nice if they revisit this show.
