Yeah, I also thought it. And I was also a bit ambivalent on Chtholly's answer on Ithea's questioning about her previous, and so now actual but concealed, self. Chtholly's answer was understandable from her point of view, but not sure about Ithea's And her face kinda showed that ambivalence, I mean, whichever side you look at you will do a disservice to the other, still you can't look at both so it will be always a lose-lose situation. Very depressing indeed.

About the music I get enchanted instead by the background music during the Ithea/Chtholly hug and onward. That piano and humming got and gets me so damn easily.

With this episode the big secret is revealed, Humans are the beasts and they were the ones that destroyed everything. I'm still surprised why they didn't included "Fatheerr!" way before since they took the time to explain that Beasts are humans.

As always the scenes between kutori and Wilhelm are the best, especially the marriage proposal. kutori's dream showed Lillia (another best girl), she was one of the heroes that went with Wilhelm to fight the beasts, but Lilya found the truth about all of this and that's why the scene with Elq talking to her is really important.

On a side note and judging by the preview, we're reaching the end of volume 3, is the studio going be faithful to the LN or they will change the ending? we'll see.

well while i understood that part about humans being the beasts, which things goes like your typical "zombie apocalipse" but with humans turning in monsters instead of zombies, i still want know how everything started, who did it and why they did it, that things still confuse for me.

i would like some insight about it by pm from some LN readers, if they could share that part of the history, in case anime don't proper cover it.

So the red haired Brave's name was Liliane, strnagely she appears right inside of Ctholly's mind. Meaning that she is actually a part of it Chotolly just as much as Elq.
At least the way she appeared was definitely more than just a memory.

I'm also not too surprised by the fact that humans turned out to be the beasts tbh. - I also have a prime suspect on who created them hint: his name starts with S and he likes capes.

Another noteworthy thing is that, apparently, Liliane survived the fight with their original enemies too btw, and later thought against the new beasts, or Elq is one of the original beasts now turned into a fairy

Or both, the original Enemies they thought just evolved like that and turned all of humanity into part of their own. - Maybe thats also why the skull guy is helping - he is feeling guilty.
Elq being one of the original ones would make a nice explaination on why none of the original beasts has yet to return. They have simply become fairies.

On another note:
That flower like beast appearing when wilhelm is on the surface is imho too much of a coincidence - so that one could be his 'children' accumulated turned into one beast... - Would fit his premotion.

That's not proper French, the grammar and word choice/order is all over the place. But it's basically a story about a guy deeply in love with a married woman, and having an affair with her in the night, and the amoral excitation she has of being in the arms of another man while her husband is away for business reasons.

The human book, that blue haired fairy carries around, is written in Latin though, so humans had likely nothing to do with that universe's wierd french

I'll not bother trying to translate it though, chances are high the gramar is so screwed due to it being a dead language. Plus - I also try to forget all my latin lessons :P
