• Someone, probably from the Sternritter, uses his ability to control the bodies of multiple targets. [This is probably the Qunicy ability Ransoutengai.]
• For some reason, Ichigo was able to hear the "sounds of Seireitei" from inside the chamber that is imprisoning him.
• Meanwhile, Kirge reveals the alphabet designation of the Sternritter and reveals the meaning of J where he is designated in: jail which probably denotes his duties as a "warden".
• However, Kirge's show of power is suddenly put to a halt when he is suddenly split in two by a katana, and Urahara faces the blade that took down Kirge in one hit.

It can't be Ichigo's dad. He also has the problem of not being able to control the size of his sword IIRC.
So it's more likely to be someone from Hueco Mundo, and someone who is unfamiliar with Urahara to the point of brandishing his blade at him.
