@zero: I find the idea of an army of IS terrifying. Not one to talk though considering the stuff I build up.

Squall - Heavy defense juggernaut type loaded with blades.

Autumn - Balanced unit that has arms for both multi melee and multi firing.

M - Long range unit that lacks defense.

It sounds like these three have competitive balance when they work together.

I would say Autumn is the supportive type though, so I would think defense is mediocre, but excels in special ability and MAYBE close range combat (not as good as Houki or Ichika though)

@Zero: Since, we have been excluding Cecilia for awhile, I decided to add a bit of her back (so she doesn't 'phase' out of existence) lol.

Correction, it has considerable defense against beam weapon (Shield BT formation), physical/ blade weapon not so much, just like Prototype BT Cecilia used.

@ Zero - I meant against physical attacks or ballistic impact. The Rafael could probably take it out if the pilot's skilled enough. An energy user like Ichika will have a hard time against her.

Not really, most of beam defense is formed by energy shield (that cost nothing, damn), something that Ichika could easily passed, and yes, Rafale unit can take it out anytime thanks to their physical load out, except it was faster than Rafale by a good margin and used by none other than M.

Ichika and his harem fighting through countless drones and some PT ISes, getting overwhelmed.

(A new arrival has arrived)

Ichika and Madoka look up: Chifuyu-nee?

(Chifuyu has a murderous glare, jumps down right into a group of drones, slices them down one by one)

(with one single Yukihira and stained with the blood/paint of IS frames, she slices arm to leg to bodies)

(Tabane watches Chifuyu): As expecting of Chi-chan....

Chifuyu ends by ripping the IS core of Autumn into pieces while stabbing her in the process.

Squall: NOOOO!!!!

@ Zero - Didn't Madoka tamper with it though? I'm assuming she added an "Anti - Ichika-nii" shield if she ever had to fight him. I remember Squall ordering her to tune it during Madoka and Autumn's argument.

As befitting of the Char Clone In The Same Series, I decided to replace the wings of Louise's Rafale with that *ahem* Legendary bit system. I heard it brings providence.

Also, IS is wildly popular. I haven't had so many random hits on my fic like that since the Sakura x Syaoran days!

Well, she can still add some anti-beam coating, that even if the energy shield was broken/ nullified, the physical body still can stand some chance again beam saber.

(the Barrier Void does not affect armor, that's why Ichika has problem stabbing Gospel and ignite it's Absolute Defense)

All golems in Sacred Twins use one, and Char will have the one that's much more efficient, GOLDEN COATING! MUAHAHAHAH!

Out of all of them, Chifuyu is probably the only one who can destroy an army. Because if I go by all the data(though limited) that I have, she is the only one with actual combat experience. She's not like the others who are basically babied gladiators.

The only "real" war experience any other IS pilot has ever had is the capture of an IS experiment gone wrong, or one of those golem encounter things which I can only imagine is equivalent to a mugging.

Louise is equipped with energy absorbing field (that work like Bussard Ramjet) to power it's eight beam rifle turret.....but maybe we can make some compromise with DETACHABLE rifle

@eratas: I am still grappling with v3 As for Laura, I don't think her battle experience counts because if she did have any it would be for ground combat or conventional vehicle. I can only imagine IS experience is extremely different.

another bad analogy: If I asked a guy from the air-force to fight a naval battle, I don't think he'd be as effective as an actual sailor.

Not much different, in REAL war (as opposed to childish skirmish the Canon shown us), I.S. will be part of integrated military force.

But Navy also need pilots and technician for their own airplane!

@demino_hellsin - She was a soldier before she was a pilot. She spent most of her time training in the use of fire arms and physical combat. She only became an IS pilot about a year or two before the story started.

Her attitude pretty much says this: She alludes everything using army speak, she keeps knives on her drawer, is the most physically capable heroine, and even leads a unit of soldiers. I doubt all of them are IS pilots since Germany has tow at most.
