Seems akasha is pretty confident that she can take on akuha - i guess thats why she didn't tell her husband about it and decided to "lure" akuha for one on one fight. So it is a given that Akuha did not surprise Akasha for an "easy win" so I think what did Akasha in (or made her "disappear") is when Moka decides to go back to the house to get her cross. Moka will likely become hostage and akasha gets beat because of that.

I doubt Akuha will be able to take advantage of Moka suddenly appearing during her duel with Akasha ... we are speaking about the current true Ancestor after all, not to mention the fact that the author can't overpower Akuha to much ... since he would have a hard time explaining how Moka ... with Tsukune's was able to survive through a duel with the present day Akuha, which is probably even stronger then the one we currently see in this chapter.

So that's why I think that Akuha has failed in achieving her objective ... most likely because of Moka's interference witch gave time for Akasha to disappear or subdue Akuha.

So I think that the most probable outcome is that Akuha will fail ... but that won't make the duel between present day Moka and the present day Akuha less interesting ... I just think that with Akuha's failure to obtain the power of a true ancestor ... Moka has a chance of defeating Akuha, ... but I still believe she will need Tsukune's assistance to do so.

You know, I think I know why Akuha is looking for Moka, and that might pertain to the seal Moka carries.

It might be possible that the seal, or Moka herself is the key to getting the Ancestor power that Akuha wants. I see it being similar to how Mikogami's Rosary of Judgment is the key for the academy's Grand Barrier, so why wouldn't Akasha use Moka's seal for her own key and secretly entrust it to her daughter? The evidence supporting this, is the thing that Touhou said about the seal is not being used for sealing power. So it may be the key to unlock Alucard, or some aspect to allow one to achieve that awesome power.

You know GrrDraxin you may be right in you're theory ... it could be the reason why Akasha has gotten so angry at Moka for seeing Alucard, since if she planed for Moka to become the key to unlock the power of a true ancestor, I doubt she would want Moka to know where Arcuard is hidden, since once she acquired the key to the power's of a true ancestor , she might accidentally make Alucard awaken from his slumber.

Well we will probably learn more about it in the next chapter, which I hope will bring to a conclusion the Moka's memories subplot ... it's not like I have anything against it, but I hope that we will finally get into the main attraction of this arc, which is probably going to be a fight between the present day Akuha and Inner Moka.

Maybe the reason Alucard looks the way he does is because his transformation is a representation of his soul.

This would be like Dance in the Vampire Bund. The vampires look "human," but can transform into their other form. What they looked like after their transformation is represented by the purity of their soul. Mina is totally sexy (minus the funky bone armor) after her transformation

It could be that Moka's rosary can be used in that manner. It does look like Alucard was attached to attached to something because of the wires running the on ground next to Moka and Akua in the raws.

I don't think we have to worry about the vampires having a "real form" in this because Tsukune didn't undergo a physical change when he lost control. Take Hokuto for instance, his blood actually altered his physical appearance to match the ayashi blood he received from Kira.

from the chapter it seems kalua and cocoa's mom was supposed to come back and akasha was slightly worried. So it might be the mother coming back AND the incident for moka to leave. Side note - maybe we will see the mother sometime in the future?

IMO, the most awesome line that I know of from it is "I'm actually left-handed... or something similar to that... haven't actually seen the movie myself, but heard about it. And I say Koka because she's the only weapons user...

As for our transformation thingy... well, you guys are forgetting two very important things. One, Alucard is probably at least a thousand years old, if not more. Moka is only 17ish. Two, Alucard is Numero Uno among vampires... Moka, not so much. Something tells me that only because of his uber power is Alucard able to be around this long... I highly doubt Moka will be that old (sadly we don't know much about how vampires age in this seres)

You need to watch it, the movie is awesome and about one of only a handful of chick flicks I can stomach.

Well, Magin I highly doubt the mater of vampires aging rate and how long typical vampires live (in the R+V universe of course ), will be even brought up, in this manga ... since the author already had many opportunities to bring this matter up, considering that Tsukune's lifespan, after Moka's vampire blood has became dormant inside his body ... has become more similar to the lifespan of a vampire rather then a normal humans ...

Of course the author could be planing to reveal this later in the story, for example when we are given some concrete hints about exactly Tsukune has became after he went through the vampire transformation ... but I wouldn't count to highly on the lifespans of the vampires in the R+V universe being revealed, during the course of this manga. . .

I wonder from where does Akuha know about that thing and what is her real goal... if she was pretending to be good to Moka and simply wanted to send her odd, why did she come after her now?
