Yep, that's completely different. Ash was basically accused of being a slut (his father even calls him that, the fucking hypocrite), not a liar. I seriously doubt this happens in America.

Yeah as you mentioned before it often depends on the age and gender. It's usually women who get accused of "asking for it". But there's a jaded part of me that feels somewhere out there a prepubescent child has probably been accused of "asking for it". Super super rare though I would hope.

Max's ex-wife is quite something. I hope nothing bad happens to her, but given the kind of series this is, her chances of survival seem slim. They might kill her just to send a message, and keep the kid as a hostage.

Given that he shows up between Arthur and Dino in the OP, I guess Yut Lung will be one of the main villains of the series. There isn't much to say about him yet. By the way, amazing timing with the fake kidnapping.

OK, so the good news is, the "adopted kid" isn't the sex toy of his adopted father. Considering the actual story, that isn't very much, but at this point you've got to take silver linings where you find them.

Things are looking pretty desperate as of the latest episode. Ash actually got caught a bit too easily. I thought he was so good they needed to lure him into a trap using Eiji? Maybe he got captured on purpose and has a plan.

Yut Lung could be a potential ally, at least a temporary one. Enemy of my enemy is my friend and all that. Oh, and it looks like his brother wants to fuck him, if he hasn't already. At this point I shouldn't even be surprised by this stuff.

I guess it depends on how long Dino will survive. If he's supposed to live until the end of the series, then I doubt he's recorded all his lines, sadly.

RIP Shorter. In the end it was for the best that Ash put him down. Shorter really couldn't continue his life with that drug going through his system. Hopefully Shorter's gang will be understanding and get that Ash did what he had to do.

Giving a loaded gun to Ash with Dino in the same room wasn't a smart thing to do. What if he had decided to screw it all and killed him instead? As far as Ash knows, they're all going to get killed, might as well take him with him. Either way, I guess he would have played into Arthur's hand, so there was no winning this one.

RIP Shorter. I also hope his gang will be understanding, but I'm not sure they will believe such a story. It depends on how well the interim leader knows Ash, I suppose.

I am really shocked at how little discussion this series is getting on here. It's a real shame because it is a damn good story as anyone who read the manga knows. Even though being Ash is suffering. Going back to just lurking.
