By the way where was Disappearance Yuki is based in what Kyon want? I really don't remember nothing of it. Mikuru said she thiks Yuki envy her somehow. However, the alternate Yuki is nothing like Mikuru. Even their shyness are different.

Exactly. Although I think it'd be more accurate to say that Tsuruya enjoys supernatural stuff, but doesn't want to participate in it, being happier to just watch from the sidelines.

Disappearance!Yuki is actually the only pairing I could see working with Kyon outside of Haruhi, if Kyon wasn't aware that something wasn't right (ie, if she had wiped his memory as well).

Mikuuru... Kyon just spends so much time putting her up on a pedestal that I can't see a relationship ever properly working out between them.

Kyon likes weird girls. He seems to be the only one trying to talk to Haruhi pre-haircut. Comments (mentally) on her looks before her haircut. Then after her haircut gets moody...but then also noticed...to his annoyance....he's doomed now.

I'd never imagine that it'd be possible to create a swapped gender version of the story that wasn't pornographic.

Though I don't really like Haruki's headband so much since he would be this super manly individual. Thus, he must either have his shirt unbuttoned , or have it torn a lot for no good reason to provide fanservice for the female audience.

Itsuko's personality would be quite similar to Ryoko, imo. She would also provide tons of swimsuit related fanservice.
