I didn't expect the devs add that much stuffs with the last update, given than the next event is in a few day. I have no idea how much the new mechanic, the ''Anti-Air Propellant Barrage'' will change the game given how rare it is to equip AA gun on ship unless it's on a expansion slot (at least in my case). At least this time choosing which reward to pick up was simple, the only time I had to pause was when choosing between the Daihatsu and the improvement material.

It seems like last year, the official KC twitter account has listed the big plans for the rest of the year. Here's what (it said) we'll have this year:

- A new manga with Fumizuki as its lead, titled "水平線の、文月". Planned to be released this month. Will also feature Satsuki-sama and Nagatsuki (huh)

- KC 5th Anniversary commemorative food produce (rice, umeboshi, seaweed, Japanese tea, etc) in collaboration with Mitsukoshi.

- 2nd Zuiun Fes to be held at Yomiuri Land.

- Since one can't have Zuiuns without Hyuuga, the devs will throw in a replica Hyuuga (Battleship) as well. Of course, a 1/1 size Hyuuga or a 1/10th one is out of the question (the devs compared those to projects on a national and big museum-level respectively), the devs will settle with a 1/20 size version instead. The replica is currently being built and they hope to have it ready by the 2nd Zuiun Fes.

To put this in perspective, the Hyuuga after her conversion to a aviation battleship had a length of 219.62 meters. 1/20 of this would be around 11 meters.

- Next is a project that has been brewing for three years. The Shipgirls' moving on water has often been compared to water skiing, but maybe the devs feel it can also be compared to ice-skating. Inspired by this thought is the "KanColle Naval Office 'Ice' Festival", to be held this summer.

- Finally, they are developing the franchise's first original home-brewed(?) beer (truly "CanColle"). The can's design will be based on the one Akigumo was holding in her New Year CG.

They also touched a bit on the move to HTML5, which will see a re-organisation of the servers as well as improved graphic resolution. TTKs who want to change your servers, please stay tuned for the lottery coming in Spring... which is pretty much any time soon.

My Lv 77Arare was high enough for her second remodel. She have as equipment a 12,7cm gun kai c,61cm Quad O2 Torpedo Mount and a Daihatsu, it did required a blueprint.

The Kancolle movie was anything but lighthearted as they expand on the connection between Kanmusu and Abyssals.

That's the important thing that wasn't covered by the anime series.

Because they were replying to you, as for why KC anime canon didnt make the connection between the abyssals and the shipgirls, telling you that the movie adressed the issue. To which you said it was just done way too late, stating that the movie still made people unhappy. Cosmic Eagle told you otherwise. So like, now his opinion is invalid because you decided that its more about the TV series than the movie, really?
