Actually I think it's contradictory to Medaka which was partly why he chose it, Medaka is always "right", his skill most probably makes it so that anything he does is wrong is also "right" or rather justifed. Even if Medaka absorbs the skill she can't use it as she's always be chooses the correct path, and if she did she would be proving that she can be wrong too.

It doesn't counter "The End" it counters Medaka herself.

This pretty just reminds of the song "they see me trolling they hating". It's actually a pretty awesome ability.

It's most definately either an abormallity or a Not equal, it seems to rely on main character reality manipulation and he obviously doesn't want to be unlucky.

Seems like I guessed right in regards to the type of main character he wants to be, he wants to be an "evil" character that wins, something that hasn't quite happened in Shouenen jump. Sorta like Light but ultimately winning.

...OK...."the right to do wrong". So if he has the right to do wrong, then that would make him justified in doing wrong. Meaning he's right....I think.

Medaka is always right. So...if Medaka tries to correct some who is justified in doing wrong...would that, in this sort of situation, make her wrong?

He was fighting for the evil empire but his goal was a peaceful reintroduction and avoidance of any further bloodshed which he and girlfriend almost suceeded in doing. He was a lot more traditional than Lelouch who was rebelling due to a family feud and was simply manipulating people towards his goal. This obviously changed as show the went on especially in season 2 but Suzaku was definately for good or for bad the more "traditionally" heroic one in season 1.

Zenkichi and Suzaku really aren't comparable, Zenkichi joined Aijimu because he wanted to change himself and really didn't have any other choice (she was forcing him), even despite this his morals haven't changed he still plans to help people that want it etc. He never planned to betray Medaka and even now doesn't want to cause any harm to her or her ideal. Suzaku simply transformed into a ends justices the means sort of person which drove him to his current position, Zenkichi doesn't have any goals and certainly doesn't care enough to harm people to acquire them. He wants Medaka to fall in love with him that's about it he doesn't harbour any ill will against her so it's not really even a fight, if he feels that he doesn't agree with Aijimu's ultimate plan he'll turn on her like he made perfectly clear before he joined.

I think Zenkichi choose to join Ajimu not that he was "forced" by her he wanted something from her which he did have but could get from her similar you can say about Suzaku when he gave Emperor Lelouch for something he wanted.

I think Zenkichi clearly has goals like becoming student president, becoming Medaka boyfriend and fight against those suppose Medaka 7 fiancés and become Medaka only one.
Which I would liked more to have seen brought into than Saki from good loser kuwagawa.
To see 7 fiancés fight against Zenkichi while fighting for her attention.
but it more likely that Zenkichi does not know anything about the last part just like anything we have read about Medaka past so it will very interesting to see how Zenkichi new skill work and how control freak Saki will do in this academy by who she working for.

so next chapters will be lot more fun

Neh he was pretty much forced to do it, it was either that or give up on Medaka, Aijimu pretty much said she was going to destroy any chance he had of being with her and he already knew just how easily she could do it and how powerful she was.

He could have attempted to continue trying to be with Medaka while weathering Aijimu's onslaughts, but it would have quite frankly have been a bad idea and we know precisely how Medaka thinks of him in hindsight, that method would not have worked. Joining her was simply the best option in a bad situation, had aijimu not been trying to destroy his relationship with Medaka and promised to continue to do so he probably wouldn't have joined.

I don't think Zenkichi was particularily thinking about Medaka when he thought of this ability, he probably had it in the back of his mind, but I don't that's the reason why he chose it. He simply wanted to be that sort of main character and most probably thought it would be fun, this was the sort of person he wanted to reforge himself into being. So rather than I want this ability to perfectly counter ability it's more I want this awesome ability to have fun and also be a pretty good counter to Medaka.

Only a select few abilities are as brutal as being able to initiate "retcons" in the story on a whim.

Well considering this manga already has All fiction (retcon city, though limited in it's use) and aijimu it's not surprising. Rather he probably needed an ability like that in order to compete.

TBF the spoiler doesn't state what his ability can do either, it's simply an interpretation of the phrase "devil style" though I'm guessing that phrase isn't actually mentioned in the chapter

This chapter was kind of boring, another "Power of Friendship" oriented chapter. A little more focus on Kibougaoka. Non-chan was trying to hold herself back in order to seem more human. We dip into Medaka's ideals again, and yet again we see how she's "too right"

It seems like Shark-face is up to something again.
And Ajimu has something planned with Zenkichi's skill "Devil Style"
If only we knew what it does.

chapter was meh, no kumagawa no laughs. I'm currently watching a cartoon called "Neighbors from Hell" which is ridiculously funny, basically filled with trolls and stuff.
Oh and Devilstyle sounds interesting, still, Ajimu looked genuinely surprised when Zen asked for his skill O.o, so i do believe that his skill is somewhat outrageous, but bland at the same time

An interesting chapter.

The Kobiyashi Maru scenario Medaka cooked up was interesting.

The three troublemakers will be starting something at the festival and I'm really interested in Zenkichi's 'Devil Style'

Also, a video game that cost a crap ton of money to make, yet is boring, inconvenient to play with buggy systems that are way too cheap for the money it cost... is Nisio trying to tell us something?

it was so funny when takarabe said " hitoyoshi senpai had to put up with this person for 13 years " . Also it seems medaka used kibougauka to get ajimu and have no bad feelings abaut it but most intresting thing is the game medaka used ! cause it seemed someone like zenkichi can finish it since he can get along with anyone and adapt every sitiation .

Medaka done same thing to zenkichi for years too but it seems it didnt worked cause he is an stubborn idiot , also kibougauka was zenkichis replacement in council but it seems she was holding back . We can say same thing for zenkichi too since medaka had expectations from him but he stubbornly tried to do things medaka can and forget abaut the things he is good at , so maybe it was zenkichi who was holding back for years cause he didnt want to separate from medaka .

it seems thing wont wait for the election and zenkichi will atack at the culture festival and the 3 girls seems kumagawas ally but i wonder is that really true cause if we think abaut it , king remembered them so he may have seen them in the hospital when he was child or they may be experiments of flask plan .

That devil style seems something like impossible for normal humans cause there is no point if medaka can do that , i wonder zenkichi transformed a demon to beat medaka like jin in tekken that will be cool cause its simple . Did zenkichi called something from another world to beat medaka or that was medakas plan from the beginning !

I really like how the kanji for "Devil Style" translates into "The Right to Folly/Wrong-doing".

My guess is it'll be some sort of meta commentary on how a good amount of MCs get away with ass-pulling, simply because they're the MC.
